The Episode starts with Mr. Mehta telling the Judge that this is not the case of legal marriage or illegal marriage, and says Rishi Oberoi can give all the things to his daughter which Lakshmi can’t give her. Lakshmi’s lawyer Romila asks Mr. Mehta to tell what Lakshmi couldn’t give what Rishi can give. Mr. Mehta argues. Judge asks Romila to continue. Romila says good upbringing and values are more important than the money. Mr. Mehta says the three important needs, food, clothing and shelter and says Lakshmi has no home. Rano says my house is of Lakshmi. Mr. Mehta says two bedroom’s house and says Mr. Oberoi’s Servant house is more bigger than your house. Romila asks if Paro will play cricket there. Everyone laughs. the Judge asks where is Paro. Paro is in school and Rohan tells what he heard

Neelam saying about Mr. Mehta winning the case. Romila tells that Lakshmi has a home now, and tells that Paro loves her mother very much and if she was given the choice, then she will choose her mother. She says she likes to go to Oberoi Mansion, but she will choose her mother. Neelam argues and tells that Lakshmi doesn’t have money, but she has money to give her good upbringing. Judge warns her and asks Police to throw her out. Neelam asks the Judge if she knows Lakshmi that she is ousting her. The Police takes her out. The Judge asks others to sit. Mr. Mehta tells that Lakshmi has no job and no money, and tells that she can’t fulfill her financial needs. Lakshmi asks can I say something? Judge says yes. Lakshmi tells that she had a job before and she was thrown out without her mistake. She says she got the job and will do freelancing also.

Rishi tells that he wants to say that Lakshmi is a good mother and can give good upbringing to Paro. He says Lakshmi loves Paro a lot. He says he wants to stay with Paro, till now he didn’t get a chance to take care of her. Lakshmi asks if he wants to kill her by snatching Paro from her. Judge says the court understands Lakshmi’s sentiments. Paro and Rohan come there. The Judge asks Paro with whom she wants to stay, as the court wants to give her custody to her mother. Paro starts crying and tells that she loves her mother so much, and had stayed with her always. She says but she wants Dad too. Aanchal thinks she is our blood. The court asks her to decide with whom she wants to stay. Paro cries and tells that she wants both her dad and Maa, and she likes to call him dad, and he had saved her when they fell in the borewell. She says when God makes us, then he gives us both parents. She says she wants both and cries. Rohan asks her not to cry. The Judge gets tears in her eyes. Others too get teary eyes hearing Paro’s plea. She tells that Paro said right that when God makes us, he gives us both parents and who are we, to snatch one of her parent from her. She says if Lakshmi and Rishi can’t stay as husband and wife then they can stay together as parents. She says this court decides that for the next 3 months, Lakshmi and Rishi will stay in house as parents. Malishka calls Neelam and asks her to come inside fast. She asks Judge what she is saying, and tells that Rishi is her husband. Neelam comes there and asks Judge how she can take this decision. Judge says how did you come here, this is court decision and they have stay together as Parents and says the way Rohan and Paro take care of each other, seems like they are real siblings.

She says every month, I will meet them in my private chamber and will review their case. She asks Rishi and Lakshmi to leave their personal problems and stay together for Paro’s sake. She tells the Lawyer Promila that it will be clear in few months, where Paro wants to stay. She says Lakshmi will shift today itself and if anyone troubles her then court will take severe action against that person. She says Rishi and Lakshmi will stay as parents, if not husband and wife. Paro hugs Rishi and Lakshmi. The media tells that the court decision is right, and this is the historic win of the parents for their children. Promila asks Lakshmi to pack her bags and says she has to go to stay with Rishi tonight itself. Lakshmi asks her to talk to Judge. Promila says she can’t, and has to follow the judgement. At Lakshmi’s house, Promila convinces Lakshmi to go and stay in Rishi’s house, else she will lose Paro’s custody to Rishi. Lakshmi says no, I will go there. Rano asks Paro to protect and take care of her mother from her Badi Mom. She asks them to visit them. They come to Oberoi Mansion in taxi. Lakshmi thinks a mother is doing grah pravesh and not a wife.

Precap: Lakshmi and Paro enter the house. Dadi tells that everything will
be fine. Malishka reminds Neelam that she had said that Lakshmi can’t come until she is alive and tells her that big thing will happen now.
