Bhavini Purohit, who is known for essaying the role of Radha from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, recently visited Jaipur with her fiancé Dhaval Dave who is a Mumbai based businessman. Radha was in the pink city for a five-day trip. In an interview with BT, the actress shares, “2020 was tough for all of us and I want 2021 to be very special for me. I wanted to plan a trip with my fiancé Dhaval and go to a place that is calm, serene, and also has its own unique vibes. So, I felt that Jaipur was the best place to go. Though I had been here a couple of times, I wanted to explore the city with him.”
While the couple explored the city and its heritage, they also relished some of the local delicacies. Radha shared, “Both of us are big time foodies and love to gorge on a variety of delicacies. Since Jaipur is known for its food, a visit to some of its old food joints was always on our minds. We relished the famous pyaaj ki kachori and ghewar, and got it packed for Mumbai too.”
Well a visit to the pink city is incomplete without shopping. “I have been to Jaipur but never got a chance to visit the old markets. What was most fascinating was to see the old shops painted in the same pink colour, which gives such a unique character to the city. In fact, this has allured me so much that I want to come again and visit the old markets of the city.”Bhavini and Dhaval have plans to get married this year. “We were supposed to get married last year but the COVID-19 pandemic spoiled all our plans and we had to postpone the wedding. If everything goes well, we will get married this year,” she shares
