PhulMatia takes Dhania outside and then says she should look at her back, she asks if Dhania saw the mark on her back and after looking at it Dhania asks when did it happen. PhulMatia says that when she was young then went to the Babu Sahib of her town where his son was studying so she felt nice and sat there at which time Babu Sahib saw her, then he warmed the metal rod and hit her saying th education is for people of upper class, PhulMatia says that this can even happen with her daughter which is why she stops her explaining Bheema is very beautiful and dhania should get her married but just protect her from this sort of a mark Dhania wipes the tears of PhulMatia face saying that if her daughter studies due to this mark then they must let her study, PhulMatia says she is going to be against the education
Mehwa walks to sit beside Bheema who is busy in fixing the paper, Bheema asks what is her father doing here when Mehwa says he had brought something for her so then he shows her the gift which he had bought for her, Bheema starts to smile seeing the gift in the hands of her father, Bheema then looks away saying she is not worthy of this gift as she did not get first position, dhania says she should take the gift as a lesson and then asks for it from Mehwa, Dhania sits beside Bheema and ties it to the braids of her hair, saying she should think of the opened hair as a lesson while think of the gift as the tool with which she can bring her life together, Mehwa keeps looking at Bheema who keeps sitting straight, Dhania says Bheema should keep all of them with immense care as her father has brought them for her, Dhania and Mehwa leave while Bheema keeps looking at them.
Vishambar is reading a book in his room when Kalasha Bua comes to sit in front of him on the couch asking how is he, Vishambar close the book saying he is fine and then Kalasha Bua says he might not stay fine after hearing what she has to say to him. Kalasha Bua asks why is he so stunned when she said that she would make Bheema a dancer like Chabelia that the girl who is worried for getting education should just focus on dancing. Kalasha Bua says that this time she has brought more marks then Dolly and if she really become a strong government officer. Vishambar asks if his mother does not want to understand or is incapable of it, he says that she would not get anything and must not do anything of the sort. Kalasha Bua says it is very necessary to ruin the life of Bheema so she becomes an example for the lower class and it is what would cause them to be scared, due to which no girl from the lower class would be able to stand in front of the dolly from upper class this is why she would have to do it.
Bheema while holding the gift of her father thinks about the suggestion of her mother so thinks that she would wear them in her hair with utmost respect. Kalasha Bua says that she is fifty six years old while Bheema is just seven years old and so she is going to surely ruin her life. Vishambar says that his mother has done all of the calculation, he asks his mother what is left is they take seven from fifty six, he mentions they have a difference of forty nine years and does it suite her but it is not the case, it neither suits her age nor her experience and honor. Vishambar says he does not know how would Bheema fight and for how long, or what would she be able to do for this society. Vishambar replies but he knows that the distance which would be able to get from fighting then either Bheema herself would walk the extra mile or some other Bheema would take up the place. Vishambar reveals that she would bring equality in this society, he says he was reading in the book that hatred, resentment and that all these traits cause the character of a person to be ruined. Vishambar says they are also people and if she accepts them then her respect would be saved while she would be able to come out of her ego and live in peace. Pawan comes to his Grand mother saying that his father has decided to give food to the house of Bheema so would she also come with them. Kalasha Bua says she feels worried thinking what would happen to the traditions of this house after looking at him and then she sees Pawan so feels everything is fine, she leaves with Pawan while Vishambar is worried.
Bheema is also applying the other pieces on her braids. Bheema agrees to what her mother said.
In the morning Bheema is sleeping by the side of her mother and then wakes up due to the sun light, she sits up only to see that her mother is still asleep. Bheema looks at the water but then walks out of the house and picking the broom she stands at the entrance preparing to clean it, Bheema looks around and then starts to clean the outside of her house. Bheema even washes the dishes with immense care, she even gets some dirt on her face. Dhania wakes up but when she does not see Bheema by her side then gets worried, Dhania quickly gets up to go out side to look for her, she finally finds Bheema washing the dishes so sits beside her. Dhania starts to smile and notices how Bheema is also smiling when Dhania asks what is she doing but Bheema says that it is also important to do the house hold work when the exam has been completed but Dhania says she has applied the dirt on her face so should leave it, Bheema asks her mother to clean the dirt from her face if she wants to really do some work, Dhania agrees to it.
A person standing at the entrance of the house demand Mehwa and Chabelia come outside when Mehwa asks what happened so the person says he has come to hire them for tomorrow night when Chabelia says that they would not take any less payment then twenty five and if the Babu Sahib does not believe them then can go and ask the Babu Sahib but he says he is going to give them forty rupees and that too in advance, he places the note in front of them saying they are a total of forty rupees. Mehwa and Chabelia start to smile, Bheema looks at them from the entrance of the house.
