Kalasha Bua orders them both to go inside as their family needs them, Dhania taking the hand of Bheema goes into the hospital. Kundan requests his uncle to not worry as nothing would happen to them, Gaya while taking the name of Mehwa is crying wondering why is it taking so long for the doctor to arrive and then mentions he would be on his way, the doctor after coming starts the treatment and takes the pulse, he then turns the mouth of Mehwa to start the checkup, Kundan asks if they would get better when the doctor says they would need to purchase some injections, medicines and these people would have to stay here for two days. Dhania requests him to make sure they get better, the doctor asks Dhania to come with him and he will write the medicines. Dhania and Bheema are looking at Mehwa and Chabelia before going to the doctor.
Meera is sitting looking at the keys while Vishambar is still tied to the pillar, Pinky coming to them both says this is what she hoped from Meera Bhabhi who would understand the difference between elder and youngsters, due to which she is not going to even open the lock. Pinky then opening the lock says their mother asked them to open the lock when the tea is prepared, Vishambar sits o the floor when Dharamshala hands Meera Bhabhi the tea who takes it before getting up, she then asks Vishambar to drink some tea and then says he should drink it which will cause him to be active, he starts staring at her when she says that it is still hot. Dharamshala says to Pinky that he had been tied for the entire night then his hands would not be working, she explains it is very hot with cardamon, Vishambar furiously hits the cup causing it to fall on the floor, he asks if they stones in their heart when they have caused a life to be on the hospital bed, he requests them to have some sort of leniency when Dharamshala says that he claims to talk about being such lenient and righteous but his own mother had tied him to the pillar. Dharamshala turns to walk away, Vishambar says that their status doe not matter but what matters is their courage and he has enough of it. Vishambar claims he has the courage to call out the wrong and stand against it so he is going to go to the hospital, and his mother, brother can make any fuss they desire but he is going to the hospital. Meera also requests Vishambar to not go there as he is just going to increase the difficulties of everyone, Pinky agrees with Meera Bhabhi warning that he should not even think about helping them as their mother and elder brother would do whatever they desire,Meera mentions this is why she is asking Vishambar to not go, he seem worried
The doctor goes into his cabin when Dhania and Bheema follow him into the cabin but he orders them both to get out of his cabin, Bheema tries to request but he orders they would not talk until both of them get out of his cabin. Dhania and Bheema slowly walks out of his cabin. Kalasha Bua and Kalika are smiling. The doctor asks if they donot know it as their husband has suffered injuries and his wife has lost her mind, Dhania apologizes for the mistake saying she did not know what to do, Bheema says the doctor has drank the water and now should write the medicine, the doctor says they have made the office impure so he is first going to purify it then write the medicine. The doctor opening the drawer starts taking out the thing needed for making his office pure, he lights I with a matchstick. Bheema asks why is he doing it as her father and uncle are in pain while he is more worried about performing the ritual. The doctor refuses to write the medicine, Dhania requests the doctor to not do it and even stops Bheema ordering her to leave, Bheema asks when did she say anything wrong while the doctor is wrong as her father and uncle are in pain while it is the duty of the doctor to treat them but he is more worried about the rituals. Dhania orders Bheema to go away and then she is standing by herself. Bheema sees Kalasha Bua standing in the corner, she turns to her mother who tells the doctor she has sent her daughter away so the doctor asks Dhania to stay there till he writes the medicine.
Kalasha Bua starts smiling while looking at Bheema mentioning it is important to accept the traditions especially for people from the lower class as then she would not be in a war with her, and Kalasha Bua says had Bheema not gone away from their traditions then her father and uncle would not have stopped their dance and had Bheema lived like Nanku then there would not be any problem. Kalasha Bua says if Bheema keeps behaving like this then she along with her family would have to suffer the pain like this all the time. Bheema looks at her mother who is standing outside the office and emotional, Bheema then sees Baba Sahib standing in the corner who is also looking at her. Bheema remember when he said it is not wrong to make peace from time to time, Kalika asks Bheema if she understood what his mother said or does she want to show the same attitude, Bheema says she just stands against the wrong and then they claim it to be her arrogance, Bheema says some while ago Kalasha Bua got ill and Kalika singh used all his strength so she is now gong to dot he same for uncle and father, Bheema promises them that she is not going to let anything happen to her uncle and father, Dhania starts to cry hearing Bheema while still standing outside the door, Bheema looks out of the hospital, Bheema then tells her mother how she is waiting for her outside the hospital, Bheema walks out leaving Kalasha Bua and Kalika Singh shocked.
Bheema is standing alone, Babu Sahib walks to stand behind her saying she gave the right answer and she has managed to stop the clash at such a time by giving an answer with her logic, Bheema says she is not going to let Kalasha Bua and Babu Sahib end her desire to save her father and uncle no matter what happens.
The doctor throws the paper with the name of the medicines in front of Dhania telling her he has written all the medicines while she should teach her daughter how to be calm. Dhania thanks the doctor before going away with the paper. Kalasha Bua requests the doctor to listen to her and he goes straight to her, Kalika Singh asks the doctor about the expense of the medicine when the doctor reveals it would cost twenty five rupees, Kalasha Bua thanks him. Dhania goes to Bheema asking her to come as now they would bring the medicine. Kalasha Bua thinks it is now time to play the real game with Bheema and force her to accept the traditions of the society, Kalasha Bua is smiling.
