Kalika Singh exclaims he always lets her get away worrying what the people might say about him, he tells Kalasha Bua that he thinks they must do something when he is served with tea but his wife says they would have tea after they decide what to do, Vishambar comes saying he has been trying to tell them that when things like this happen then there are going to be a lot of Bhima and what are they going to do at that time, Kalika Singh throws the cushion at Vishambar who throws it back when Kalasha Bua asks Vishambar why did he throw the things at Kalika Singh, Vishambar asks if his mother has just taught him manners and not to his elder brother or sister, Vishambar says that if his mother thinks that this is his childish behavior then she can come and slap him but he is warning them that this is not right
Baba Sahib tells Bheema that the three days of the challenge have been completed so he asks Bheema to take her steps ahead, Bheema is standing in front of the board as the students and teacher come out to the ground, The Principal is looking at Bheema who removes her name from the board, Bhawan and his sister also get furious. Bheema walks to the Principal who is shocked, she says the headmaster put the condition that if she manages to stay in the school for three days then he would enter her name in the register of the school. Bheema says she won the challenge as she stayed in the school for three days, while he should write her name in the school register on Monday, she has even taken off the name herself as he is her teacher and she has learned a lot from him, for which she is grateful to him. The other teachers are very furious at Bheema, she walks to the teacher from her own class and hands him the white board on which her name is written, she holds both of her hands together in front of him before walking out of the school, Baba Sahib is waiting for Bheema at the entrance of the school, she starts smiling looking at him. The Principal thinks that it is a loss of their class that Bheema is still in this school, the teacher from the lower class says it is a winning for this school and the efforts of Baba Sahib Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Baba Sahib raises his hand ahead for Bheema who takes it so they start walking together.
Kalasha Bua asks the other leaders to have thee dishes that she has prepared for the, Kalasha Bua says they have to give a befitting reply and she asks whom amongst them agrees with her so they all after a while agree with her, Kalasha bua says they should take the sweets for their children then Kalasha Bua asks if she can decide that all of them from the upper class, would not give work to the people of the lower class in any of their farms or businesses, the other leaders also get a bit worried when Kalika says that his mother wants to know of their desires as she can see far in the future because they must take care of the problems related to the lower class otherwise it might pose a risk to their identity when the other leaders also agree that they are not going to hire anyone from the lower class in their houses, farms or any sort of business, Kalasha Bua starts smiling along with Kalika, Kalasha Bua says the meaning of rights is written in the constitution so they can ask it for everything, Kalasha Bua orders his worker to check if the Mehwa has arrived so she says that he must tell the decision of the elders to everyone, Mehwa requests Kalasha bua to not do it as they are poor people and might die, Kalika says what can they do when he thought of sending his daughter to the school. Kalasha Bua asks Mehwa to go and tell everyone their decision, Kalika angrily orders Mehwa to leave so he walks out of the Mansion while crying proufously.
Dhania asks Bheema to get education with utmost intention to which Bheema agrees, Mehwa comes asking everyone to hear the new decision of the court when his brother asks what is the decision when Mehwa announces that they have decided to not hire anyone from the lower class but hearing this the people of lower class leave to apologizes. Dhania seeing them wonders where are they going so Bheema points to her father, Mehwa sits on the sitars crying when Dhania asks the reason he is crying however Mehwa walks away and returns holding a scale, Dhania asks what would she do Mehwa mentions Kalasha Bua has decided to not give them any work in her farms, Mehwa says she should put the hunger of all the people from the lower class on one side while the desire and intention of Bheema on the other side so if it stays the same then she an do whatever she likes, so that Mehwa and Dhania donot become the culprits of their own society. Mehwa puts the black board on one side of the scale, Dhania says she needs his support now, Mehwa questions what about the people with whom they have lived for generations, Mehwa mentions their class and poverty is that would force Bheema to leave her education while if they leave their neighbors then would be left with nothing, Bheema tells her father that she will never leave the education.
