Bigg Boss 14 is a show everyone is waiting for. Well, most probably. The show comes with a great deal of entertainment but with the current situation we figured there might be some factors which can affect the TRPs of this very controversial show.

Well, for starters, IPL is going on. Due to COVID the IPL which was supposed to start in June, got postponed and now it’s running which might impact the TRPs of Bigg Boss and fetch it a little less viewership than before. We have seen some close finishes in IPL so far, and the tournament will only get better as we reach the play offs. It is sure to divide the audience and will pose as a huge threat for Bigg Boss. Salman Khan and all the negative publicity around him after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is one factor which might also affect the TRPs this season. Salman is being criticized on social media for his no stance policy in SSR’s case and it is now going down well with the viewers. And as usual, he is the host of Bigg Boss 14 too. No movie promotions on the weekends can make the weekend ka vaar a little boring. As per the old format, movie stars came on Bigg Boss to promote their movies but this time due to challanges posed by COVID, it’s something which might not happen. And all of this might make the weekend ka vaar episodes a lil boring.
