Bigg Boss 16: Ankit Gupta on MC Stan winning Bigg Boss 16
Bigg Boss 16 has found its winner in rapper MC Stan. On the grand finale night, the show witnessed a heartwarming moment when Ankit Gupta got emotional after Priyanka Chahar Choudhary got evicted from the show securing the third position.
Ankit who is now essaying the parallel lead in Joonuniyat talked about it in an interview and expressed how he was expecting Priyanka to win the show. He said, “I would just say that for you to win the show you actually have to do nothing (Laughs),” said Ankit.
When asked if he thinks that MC Stan’s victory was an unfair decision, he said, “I won’t call it unfair because he was chosen as the winner based on audience votes. People liked him due to which he got so many votes. I can’t call it unfair. We were expecting Priyanka to win the show and it’s not necessary that if our expectations did not get fulfilled then it is unfair. We had different expectations that’s it.”
Gautam Singh Vig also added to the conversation and shared his opinion on the same and said, “For me, Priyanka is the winner as everyone was expecting her to win the show. The way she came out, her body language, her confidence, everything speaks volumes that she handled everything with grace. She was not at all sad. She won many hearts, trophy uthane se koi winner ban jaata toh kya he baat hoti, it is important to win hearts and Priyanka managed to do that. She is a winner in my eyes and the person who wins hearts goes much ahead in life and career and it is also a sign of a good human being,” he concluded.
Ankit Gupta and Gautam Singh Vig are essaying the role of Jahaan and Jordan in Joonuniyat.
