Bigg Boss 16 winner MC Stan talks about his journey in the house; says, “Shiv Thakare gave me confidence that even I can win the show.”
MC Stan who started his Bigg Boss 16 journey with a bag full of apprehensions has been nothing short of an underdog. The rapper who recently lifted the Bigg Boss 16 trophy talked about it in an interview with ETimes TV and shared, “Initially, I totally felt like a misfit as people would overact a lot over small things and I was unable to understand them why they were behaving like this but slowly I understood the game.”
Talking about his bond with Shiv Thakare, he said, “My brother Shiv Thakare motivated me a lot. He gave me confidence and made me realize that I shouldn’t keep saying that I don’t want to win. He told me that I am in a competition and even I could win the show. He said that either I should win or he. We discussed this in Mahin’s house. He took care of me a lot. When the announcement was made we felt Haq se Mandali aagayi.”
When asked if Shiv was more deserving than him, Stan said, “He was more deserving to win the show. The show was about personality and I got more votes but I feel my brother was more deserving than me.”
Upon being asked if we should expect a rap song from him based on his journey in the Bigg Boss house, he replied, “I am going to write songs about my experience that I have got in the Bigg Boss 16 house and very soon my fans to hear it.”
Reacting to Ankit Gupta’s comment that even Priyanka Chahar Choudhary was real like Stan and she should have won the show, Stan said, “All the 16 contestants hoped to win the show, they all wanted to win Bigg Boss 16, but 16 trophy nahi bani hai Na…there is only one trophy and one winner.”
He concluded by saying, “For the few upcoming days I would like to stay in touch with my Mandali. I got bored seeing the same faces. I will stay in touch with my Mandali.”

The show was toxic in so many ways and at different levels. Saajid khan created the mandli to show power. The man is a sick pup or should I say a psycho. It was not so much a peaceful gang of friends as the gang liked to say as it was a mean game inside the Bigg boss house where the contestants had to bear with the humiliation of being ostracized. Yes, the mandli concept was meant to keep out or ostracize other members or contestants.
It was appalling when Karan johar blasted Priyanka and said she was proud and unsocial. She should have made efforts to make friends. Really Karan johar? You cannot be that dumb surely? The mandli did not want Priyanka, they treated her like a pariah and you are accusing her of not extending her hand in friendship to people like nimrit, Saajid and shiv who neither liked her nor respected her nor wanted her to be in the house. They knew her potential and used the gang mentality to work in concert to keep her prospects under their control. The mandli wanted to keep her from captaincy, and from privileges. And you are accusing her of not being friendly enough? Disgusting!!
This season was the most pathetic season of the show. Let’s get real. MC Stan did the least, most apathetic lazy contestant who didn’t do his chores but served the mandli’s purpose to serve as an impediment to non-mandli participants. Looks like ALL the rappers of India ganged together and combined to get their fan following to vote for MC Stan. Result was that a lazy unintelligent arrogant and apathetic participant walks off with the trophy and the mandli celebrates its victory. To demonstrate Farah khan throws a celebration party. Why? Because a member of her psycho brother’s brain child “the mandl” won the trophy by popular vote rather than by hard work and talent. In my opinion Farah khan has sunk to a new level of b*t*hiness. What a shameful exhibition.
Congratulations 🎊 Stan. You deserve the title. Your Goodness and hard work has paid off. Big Boss thank you was so nice to see Salman Khan. His presence is so important especially his wittyness so cute. Will miss him. And to Big Boss thank you for reminding us all that Kindness still exists. We all love you. Thank you Thank you.
