Bigg Boss OTT 2: Akanksha Puri gets eliminated from the show
In the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2’s Weekend Ka Vaar, host Salman Khan greeted the housemates and addressed Jad Hadid’s inappropriate behavior, reprimanding him for his actions. As a punishment, Salman announced that Jad would be nominated for the entire week. Later, Salman revealed the nominated person and asked contestant Akanksha Puri to exit the house, as her journey in Bigg Boss OTT 2 had come to an end.
After two weeks inside the house, the contestants have already entertained the audience with their drama and tasks. In the second Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman introduced the witness box game, where the contestants were asked to address the accusations labeled against them by fellow housemates.
Twists unfolded during the nominations as Salman instructed the three nominated contestants, Jiya, Akanksha, and Abhishek, to collectively decide who would leave the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. Another twist emerged when Salman revealed that the longer they took to make a decision, the more problems the other contestants would face.
A timer was set up on the LED screen, and the nominated contestants raced against time. As the timer ran, the housemates lost access to eggs, the bathroom got locked, and even the gym area was taken away. However, no agreement was reached, and Salman stopped the timer.
Moving on to the nominations, Salman called the three nominated contestants, Akanksha Puri, Abhishek Malhan, and Jiya Shankar. After deliberation, Salman announced that the audience had saved Abhishek. Between Jiya and Akanksha, it was Akanksha who faced nomination and had to leave the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house.
Following Akanksha’s departure, the remaining contestants bid an emotional goodbye at the exit door. The current contestants competing in Bigg Boss OTT 2 include Abhishek Malhan, Pooja Bhatt, Cyrus Broacha, Manisha Rani, Jad Hadid, Bebika Dhurve, Avinash Sachdeva, and Jiya Shankar.
