Bigg Boss OTT 2 fame Falaq Naaz Embarks on Digital Journey with “Guilty Or Not Guilty,” Celebrates Content with Integrity
Actress Falaq Naaz, recognized for her stint on the reality series Bigg Boss OTT 2, is all set to make her digital debut with the fictional series “Guilty Or Not Guilty.” In a recent interview, Falaq shares her excitement about this significant milestone and expresses gratitude for being part of a project that aligns with her preferences and values.
Falaq Naaz, who garnered attention for her discerning choices after Bigg Boss OTT, began shooting for “Guilty Or Not Guilty,” marking her entry into the world of OTT fiction. The murder mystery, directed by Viipin Pandey, revolves around Falaq’s character, Samaira.
Reflecting on her decision to join the digital series, Falaq states, “I was very picky after Bigg Boss OTT. I didn’t want to jump into any regular show. I have been waiting for an OTT show for a few years now. On TV, I wanted to do a lead show because I have done so many mythological shows that I got stereotyped. I wanted to break that image. After Bigg Boss, it became easy. I said no to a lot of shows after Bigg Boss. This web series is exactly what I was looking at; it’s a lead role and the story is gripping.”
One crucial factor that influenced Falaq’s decision was the content’s clarity and absence of bold scenes. She emphasizes her commitment to roles that maintain her comfort level and applauds the series for steering clear of unnecessary bold scenes. Falaq expresses her satisfaction, saying, “I am happy that I don’t have any bold scenes in this. So, I knew it that this is the one. I am waiting for more such projects.”
Currently shooting outside Mumbai, the show features Shadman Khan as the male lead and is produced by Shadman Khan himself. Varsha Rekhate and Manu Malik also play pivotal roles in the series. As Falaq Naaz ventures into the digital realm, her choice reflects a commitment to engaging narratives without compromising personal comfort, setting the stage for a promising digital career.
