Bigg Boss OTT 2: Pooja Bhatt and Manisha Rani clash over villain role
In the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2, tensions ran high as disputes erupted among the contestants during a fun task. Pooja Bhatt, appointed as the house director, had the challenging task of assigning roles like Hero, Heroine, and Villain to the housemates. However, the decision to cast Manisha as the villain led to a heated argument between the two.
Pooja selected Bebika, Manisha, and Elvish to portray the villain for the task. While Bebika and Elvish complied with the request, Manisha hesitated and refused to play the villain. She strongly believed that she could never be perceived as a villain by the audience and, therefore, declined the role. However, Pooja held a different perspective and stood firm in her decision.
According to Pooja, Manisha’s influential role in her group and her control over Elvish and Abhishek made her an intriguing choice for the villain character. But Manisha vehemently asserted, “The audience will never believe I am the villain. I am certain that I am the heroine of this house. You chose Jiya as the heroine merely because she is pretty and has a significant following.”
As the situation intensified, Bigg Boss intervened and revealed that the audience did not agree with Pooja’s casting decision. This revelation left Manisha emotionally distraught, as she felt that the audience would not accept her as a villain. Despite this, Pooja reminded her of her track record, which includes both hit films and flops, suggesting that she knows her craft well.
