New staff at workplace was busy in her work and was hearing at her back of some of her colleagues talking.
Colleague 1: Do u know something? Boss is throwing a party for us!

Colleague 1: It’s Boss and Pragya mam’s wedding anniversary! I heard from Purab most probably all of us will be invited.

She silenced herself realizing new staff’s presence.
Both colleagues whispered among themselves making her feel awkward.

She even heard her name and it made her feel very tensed and worried.
New staff unable to stand it left from there.
Purab who was passing by collided with her and he saw her looking stressed about something.
Purab: Where are u going?
New staff looking down: Washroom…
Purab: I didn’t know there is a washroom at this direction….Did they built it today?
He asked in a teasing tone.
New staff remained silent and Purab wondered why does she looks this way.
Purab: Did anything happened darling?
New staff looked up at him and he could understand she is worried about something.

New staff explained what she faced just now and apologised to him.

Abhi saw new staff and holding onto the files.

New staff passed it to him and he was checking the contents.

At the day of their wedding anniversary:
The whole house was decorated grandly for the wedding anniversary of Abhi and Pragya.
The kids were feeling very happy seeing the bright colors everywhere.
They didn’t know what is this special day but they were delighted of seeing new dresses and shoes for them.
Pragya was making them dressed up and Abhi came inside the room.
Abhi: You are still not ready yet?
Pragya: I am still getting them dressed na…
Abhi: They are already dressed up!
Pragya: No! U see they need to wear accessories too!

Abhi giggled and was looking after the kids who were amazed to see their bright pink color frock.
Pragya from inside the closet: Boss! U go down with them first na…I will take a bit of time and they will get bored being inside the room for too long….
Abhi: You sure?
Pragya: Yes Boss…please…
Abhi: Sure Boss…I will bring them down but u come on time!
Pragya pleasantly: Suniye…

Abhi left the kids to Dadi and Dasi whispering to them and disappeared from there.
All the guests were sitting in front of a stage set up on the living room.Abhigya was on Dadi’s lap and Prabhi on Dasi’s lap. Both were feeling lost as they couldn’t see their parents anywhere.
They were about to squirm in restlessness when they heard Pragya’s voice.

They were keep on looking everywhere not knowing where are their parents!

They looked towards the stage when the lights were dimmed and spotlight was on.
Pragya: Kiddos this is for you all! Only for u all!
Abhi and Pragya comes on the stage with a cheerful smile on their faces holding each other’s hand.
The kids seeing it got excited. They clapped and squealed in happiness.

The performance ended making everyone stunned but their kids squealed: Hit! Hit!
Everyone clapped and Abhi and Pragya saw their kids wanting to join them on the stage.
Both quickly went down the stage and carried their kids to the stage. The kids were keep on repeating the words hit! hit!
Abhi: They want the song again?
Pragya: I think so….
Abhi: But we need to cut the cake na…

Abhi was looked at the guests in front of them who were in awe of the couple’s entertaining dance.
One of the guest shouted: Take a bow and then cut the cake! We’re all hungry!
Pragya smiled sheepishly towards Abhi hearing that.
As for the kids started to whine making Abhi and Pragya taken aback.
Abhi: Ofcourse there is cake cutting friends! But my kids want to show their dancing skills now!
Guest cheered for them by clapping and Abhi signalled Pragya to let them stand on the stage.
Pragya with apprehension was thinking how would they dance when they never danced before.
Abhi kneeled down together with Pragya, both were looking at their kids standing and looked very much ready to perform on the stage.

The song played and this time the kids danced by jumping and trying to run but before that Abhi and Pragya got hold of them.
In between they were screaming hit hit with full of happiness. Finally, the song ended which made Abhi and Pragya to let a deep sigh of relief.
The guests clap even more louder this time and by then Dadi and Dasi had come with the cake and everyone gathered there were cheering for Abhi and Pragya.
After the wishes of friends & family, Abhi and Pragya were sitting at a corner having their dinner.
Abhi: I didn’t expect they will dance!
Pragya chuckled remembering their enthusiasm.
