It was a sad day yesterday for the TV industry as it lost one of it’s brightest shining stars, Kushal Punjabi. The actor was a well established name in the industry and was on the tube for along long time. Day before yesterday, he was found by his parents in his Pali Hill home, hanging from the ceiling. As per the speculations, he was suffering from depresiion and was on anti depressants for sometime.
The 37 year old actor was adored by the stars and today at his funeral, many of the prominent names from the industry were present to offer their condolences to Kushal’s family. He is survived by his wife and son Kian.
The late actor’s funeral is taking place today at Santacruz’s crematorium and several celebrities have arrived to attend Kushal’s last rites. Chetan Hansraj, Apurva Agnihotri and Shilpa Saklani, Diandra Soares, Karan Mehra, Nandish Sandhu, Karan V Grover, Poppy Jabbal, Karanvir Bohra, Arjun Bijlani, Vahbij Dorabjee and Chaitanya Chaudhary among many others were spotted at the crematorium.
