Voiceover says there is nothing dearer than his kingdom to Dhananand and he reminisced the reason for war where he insults Chanakya and Chanakya taking oath to end his rule and established a capable king in his place. It further says who knew a tiny sliver would turn into a big boulder for Dhananand. On the other side, Durdhara insists Chandragupta to save Tarini somehow. Chandragupta says it is too late to think about saving Tarini as war would be starting any time once Dhananand reaches his army. In Dhananand’s palace, vaidya informs Tarini that she is pregnant. Tarini is amazed to hear that and requests Vaidya not to inform Dhananand about this good news as she wants to surprise him. Vaidya agrees and leaves. Tarini thinks she needs to save her child from Dhananand’s cruelty and will leave his palace right now. Chandragupta waits for Dhananand to enter battlefield and head his army but is amazed to see Amartya entering instead and thinks where is Dhananand.
Tarini is about to leave Dhananand’s place when Dhananand returns. She asks if he didn’t go to battlefield. Dhananand says he wanted to meet her one last time, who knows if they will meet again or not. He starts questioning her and shows royal ring. Tarini says this ring is worn by him and his brother. He says she doesn’t know which brother wore this gone, it is Pandugati’s which fell in her mother’s hut when she killed him. He continues confronting him about her each betrayal and says Mahamartya tried to alert him many times, but he didn’t listen to Amartya and blindly trusted Tarini instead. Tarini agrees that she wanted to stay away him and even helped Chandragupta against him, she came here to spy on him, but as he said her hatred for him had hidden love for him and she wanted to change him for good with her love and even betrayed Chandragupta because of which Mura and Mansa lost their lives, but she was wrong as he cannot change at all. Dhananand laughs that whole world thinks Magadh king is very intelligent, but he is a big fool.
Chanakya Niti: Chanakya shows 2 coins, one made of gold and one brass with gold plating; nobody can doubt fake one until it is tested; similarly one doesn’t have to fake, else when they are tested, their truth will be out as fake coin cannot last long.
Precap: Tarini says his craving for power and greed took everything from him and one day even he will end, so before that he should kill her.
