Durdhara cries seeing Chandragupta’s bleeding injury and asks how to stop bleeding. Chandragupta shows a flower shrub and asks her to bring biggest thorn from it. She asks why. He says her husband stabbed a big dagger in his back, she can stab at least this thorn. She shouts Ambhi Kumar is not her husband as she did not complete pheras with him. He asks her to come near him and pulling thread from her dress asks her to sew his wound with this thorn and thread. She nervously shouts she has never done this. He asks her to wait at a distance till he dies. She sews his wounds. Chanakya with his team reaches temple and sees dead soldiers. Mura gets worried for Chandragupta. Chanakya says he jumped into river and that the only way. Dhananand with his team searches Chandragupta and

Durdhara in jungle. Injured Ambhi Kumar walks to them and says he know where they are. Dhananand asks how is he alive till now and walks along to a place where Chandragupta and Durdhara were. Chandragupta and Durdhara hide seeing them. Once they leave, they both come out and Durdhara says now she knows now he escaped from Dhananand till now, he is thinking like Dhananand.

Chandragupta taunts Durdhara, and she walks acting as angry on him. He requests to come back. Soldiers surround her. He walks to them and warns to leave her. One of them hits his head from behind and he falls down. Sharp arrows hit soldiers and they fall dead. Chandragupta says acharya Chanakya came on time and saved them. Durdhara says it is not Chanakya. Chanakya wit his team reaches there, and Mura emotionally hugs Chandragupta. Chandragupta asks who saved him then. They hear someone running and Chandragupta runs behind. Chanakya says Chandragupta is thinking like a king, they can take them from the savior. Chandragupta follows, and the lady runs. He finds her anklet and realizes savior is a girl. He lays a trap for her and she falls down. He asks why she was following him from Takshashila. Lady plays whistle, and her whole team reaches and surrounds Chandragupta. Chandragupta says he wanted to free her from trap and not harm her. Lady says he should not have been here and will be harmed. Her team shouts kill him. Chandragupta pulls out his dagger.
