Stulbhadra fills water into tank and asks Chanakya why he ordered to fill water in tank when they have river nearby. Chankaya says for Chandragupta’s training. Chandragupta says he is ready for training and this time Chanakya should throw him in much deeper water than river from where he cannot escape easily. Chanakya says this tank is for his training and asks him to jump into tank. Once he jumps in, he asks friends to keep stone on lid for 1 hour. Chandragupta under water suffocates, but reminiscing Mura’s words that he has to use his inner power to succeed in his tasks and do impossible tasks. Bhairav informs Chanakya that he set timer for 2 hours instead of 1. Chanakya worried hurriedly opens lid and calls Chandragupta. Chandragupta gets out of tank safely. Chanakya
Chandragupta gets into middle of river on boat and ties stone to his legs. His friends ask Chanakya why he is doing that. Chanakya says Chandragupta can get into river base fast and save time and oxygen for his task. They get tensed seeing Dhananand with his team coming on boats. Dhananand says it is time for fishing. Chandragupta is
surprised to see stones in place of wealth in trunks. Dhananand sees bubbles in water and says thief is right there and orders divers to get into water, kill thief, bring him up. Divers throw net trap on Chandragupta. Chandragupta tries to free himself and then acts as dead reminiscing Chanakya advice that one has to act as dead to save their life. Once divers relax assuring he is dead, he attacks them and traps them in their own net. Chandragupta throws knife on him and he holds it on time. Dhananand eagerly shouts why did not divers come up and seeing their dead bodies floating says thief is hiding under diver’s bodies and orders to kill him. Soldiers shower arrows into river. Chandragupta escapes arrows and hides beside boats breathing via lotus stem. Chanakya thinks Chandragupta escaped death. Chandragupta walks with his friends after escaping and asks where is Chanakya. Friends say he is preparing rotis. Chandragupta angrily walks to Chanakya and says he lost his chance to destroy Dhananand’s wealth, but Chanakya is busy preparing rotis. Chanakya says they will get more chances and suggests he should warm roti again till tawa is hot. Bhairav informs palace is burning with questions. Chanakya asks Chandragupta to return to palace now.
Chandragupta returns to palace. Mahamartya stops him and asks where was he. Chandragupta asks why he is questioning. Mahamartya says his duty is to guard princess Durdhara, but he is wandering away. Chandragupta says he had gone for some important work. Mahamartya says his hands. Chandragupta asks if he knows palmistry. Mahamartya says they look as if he came out of water just now. Chandragupta gets tensed. Bhadrasaal informs Mahamartya that king is calling him. Mahamartya warns Chandragupta that he cannot escape from his sharp gaze.
Chandragupta reaches courtyard and sees Dhananand displaying his wealth to courtesans. Mahamartya says thief is dead. Dhananand says thief is well skilled and if he can attack me with my knife, he can easily escape death, he will not believe until he sees thief’s body. Chandragupta gets tensed hearing that.
Chanakya Niti: Poison is an amazing substance; if it is mixed in blood, it kills a person, but if it is mixed in medicine as antidote, it becomes medicine; similarly there is nothing bad or good in a substance, its use determines its nature, similarly one has to read opponents moments as it will help them as weapon to defeat enemy.
Precap: Chandragupta tells Dhananand that he doubts that Chanakya looted Dhanaannd’s wealth. Dhananand orders to arrest Chanakya and present him then. Chandragupta with soldier’s help captures Chanakya and smirks.
