Durdhara and Ambhi Kumar’s waghdan/engagement ceremony starts. Ambhi Raj seeing Dhananand bring Durdhara to venue comments Ambhi Kumar that his wealthy possession is coming. Durdhara takes seat sadly. Dhananand noticing her sadness informs Amartya Rakshas that no bride will be sad during her waghdaan ceremony, it significes Chandraguptat is alive. Amartya Rakshas says it is impossible. Dhananand sees Chanakya among spectators silently walking away and follows him. Chanakya takes Dhananand to a secluded place and challenges him that soon he will snatch Magadh and even Pourav rastra under Dhananand’s nose and will destroy Dhananand; they will spy on him each moment and will know what he does. Dhananand tries to catch him, but he escapes. He tries to attack seeing someone coming.
At engagement venue, Chandragupta thinks Dhananand must have met Chanakya now, but why did not he return yet. Seleucus asks Ambhi Raj where is his would be relative Dhananand. Durdhara says without her brother’s presence, she will not perform waghdaan ritual. Dhananand enters saying how can he cancel his sister’s waghdaan and performs waghdhaan ceremony.
Next day, Chanakya and Arya/Chandragupta watch Dhananand addressing people. Dhananand addresses citizens that tomorrow he will perform Durdhara and Ambhi Kumar’s wedding. Ambhi Raj requests Dhananand to announce Pourav rastra’s future king. Chanakya informs Chandragupta that this is all part of his plan and he provoked Dhananand to announce wedding tomorrow, now ball is in senapati Rudradev’s court. Ambhi Raj calls Pourav rastra senapati Rudradev who walks in and greets Dhananand. Dhananand identifies him as king Puru mere soldier who rose to senapati’s designation and praises his skills. Rudradev walks towards corridor when Chanakya meets him. He is surprised to see Chanakya alive. Chanakya says he will explain him whole story later, but now only Rudradev hates Dhananand and should not let him take over Pourav rastra. Chandragupta walks in and says he needs Rudradev’s support in defeating Dhanaannd who betrayed king Puru earlier.
Chanakya Niti: A wine cannot grown on its own without support, similarly one should support others to let themselves and others grow.
Precap: Arya clashes with Ambhi Kumar and apologizes him. He steals Ambhi Kumar’s knife and thinks it will create rift between Ambhi Raj and Seleucus.
