Bigg Boss 16 is all set to fire up the screens and many of the celebrities who made it to the headlines in the past few months are in talks with the makers for being a part of the show. Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen are one of those couples who might be seen in the show this year. They have become one of the most talked about estranged couples in recent times. Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen, who tied the knot in 2019, have been in the news for their constant fights, patch-ups, and taking the legal route for separation.
And everything their personal life has seen makes up a perfect scenario for Bigg Boss 16. The little birdie informs a leading daily that the team is in touch with the two actors and is keen on having them on board. However, for the warring couple, we assume that participating together in the reality show may turn out to make the situation worse too.
Informs a source associated with the show, “Yes, we have been in discussions with Charu and Rajeev. We hope that their ugly spats in the public domain won’t influence their decision to participate in the show. We hope that the two agree and sign on the dotted line soon.”
Charu says, “Yes, I have been contacted by the makers for the upcoming season but I have no clue about Rajeev. Having said that, I don’t have any problem doing a show with him. Work is work.”
Rajeev confirms the news that he has been approached to participate in the 16th edition of Bigg Boss. Ask him if he will be comfortable participating with his estranged wife on the show and he replies, “So far, they have only been keen on me. They never spoke about Charu.”
The actor says that he is still contemplating the offer. So, does he think he is cut out for a show like Bigg Boss? “I don’t know myself. I have mixed reactions to Bigg Boss from my family and friends. So, let’s see how things work out. I am still thinking about the offer,” he shares.
