Actress Charu Asopa who recently gave birth to a beautiful girl Ziana is elated to be a mother. The actress talked about it on the occasion of Mother’s Day during an interview with ETimes TV. The actress, who is also a mom to 6-months old shared that this Mother’s Day is extra special for her as she has realized the real struggle of a mother.
She said, “This Mother’s Day is special because now I am a mother. Since the time I’ve become a mother I’ve realized that every day is Mother’s Day and we should not restrict the celebrations to just one day. Mothers are very special.”
Talking about the motherhood phase, Charu shared, “I am loving the motherhood phase. Every day is new and amazing and I get to learn so many new things. I am enjoying each day of motherhood. In fact, time is running so fast that Mujhe Aise lagta hai Abhi Kal ki toh baat hai…6 months kaise chale gaye Mujhe pata he nahi chala…”
Reminiscing the moment when her daughter Ziana was born, she said, “Every mother goes through different journeys and mine was no exception. As by now, everyone knows that Zaina was born through C section and she arrived early. Doctors were not sure if the kid would be able to bear the labor. When Ziana was born, she was very tiny, she was 2.9 kgs. When I was getting operated my sister-in-law Sushmita didi and my husband Rajeev both were there in the OT with me. When Ziana was born, they were shouting and celebrating and I could hear them and I was waiting to see her. Finally, the doctors showed me her face, and the moment I saw her I started crying.”
