Chandni refuses to take the expensive lehenga from Sanjot. She says she wants to wear her mother’s marriage lehenga instead. She says even Raunaq like simplicity a lot and questions him. He agrees unwillingly. Sumer tells its their family ritual for bride to wear lehenga given by them. Sanjot also tells her to accept the lehenga. Sumer asks Chopras to take rest and asks Roshni is all arrangements are done. Raunaq says he has invited his special friend in the ceremony, Roshni smirks while Chandni gets worried about the same.

Staff informs Roshni that Sumer wants to introduce her to some special guest. Roshni initiates to talk to her family but they say here she has grown up and doesn’t need her anymore. They are here only because of Chandni and to bless her. Roshni feels more hurt and thinks Chandni has even snatched her family away and given her more reasons to keep hating her. Chandni gets ready and comes, nazar lag jayegi plays in the background. Raunaq gets lost in her beauty and smiles unknowingly. Sumer asks Raunaq to go and bring Chandni. He tells her that she is looking good but unfortunately won’t feel good.

Chandni realizes Raunaq has planned something. He holds her hand and takes to the podium. Raunaq gets a call and says he is waiting for the person and engagement will not start without him. Raunaq challenges Chandni that soon Sumer will himself throw her out or else he will change his name. Chandni gets nervous and sees Tarun in the party. Tarun starts badmouthing Chandni’s character. He says how Chandni used to always be around him to learn work and then ended up taking his job. He says she trapped their senior Manav and got his marriage broken.

Sanjot asks Sumer what’s all the drama. Sumer goes and shuts Tarun. Tarun still tries to character assassinate Chandni and gets a slap from Sumer. Nani and Dadi says this is how a guy should be treated for disrespecting a woman. Sanjot asks Chandni if she doesn’t have her self respect and why is she silently listening to all the allegations. Chandni says she has enough of self respect and all That Tarun has said is absolutely false. She tells she allowed him to speak all he wanted so that when she speaks she is not interrupted.

Chandni reminds Tarun how he harassed her since she joined work at fire station. She reminds him that he himself has a daughter and how would he feel if she was disrespected like this. She tells he won’t be affected because he treats woman as fragile but it’s now its no more the same old times and girls can take stand for themselves. She tells how Tarun got suspended and lost his job that’s why he is taking out his frustration on Chandni. Sumer throws him out. Chandni apologizes to Sumer and also thanks him for trusting her. Sumer tells he has already realized how she hates wrong doings and will never do anything wrong. Raunaq and Roshni feel defeated at their plan failing. The episode ends with Sumer saying to proceed with engagement.

Precap: Chandni will say she is getting married only to come close to Roshni and bring back Chashni. Raunaq will tell Manav he always wanted to marry Chandni so he can live his dream now. Chandni and Manav will be sitting for marriage.
