Twinkle’s POV :
When you meet people from your past in the most unexpected way it is a hint from god stating that they are connected to you
I still remember the day 25th of December ,2000 I was just 18 I along with my boyfriend Naman were invited for a Christmas Party in one of his family friends house I went there along with my sister Mahi who was only here to be with her Boyfriend UV Luckily or not I don’t know Naman called me up to say that he could not make it to the party because his Grand mom was not well I was excited to go to the party without him maybe because I did not really love him maybe I was attracted or maybe I liked the way people looked up to me to be called the girlfriend of the richest boy in college He was indeed rich but only in terms of materialistic things he did not have a big heart Well he Liked me but the feeling we had for each other was no where close to LOVE I did not like him being a detective boyfriend who even hated the site of me talking to any boy I had never been restricted by anyone not even my Mom and Dad being the youngest child was papered a lot I had never been forced to do anything I accepted what Naman told me to do just because I did not wanted to loose my so called fame
As I pressed the bell I saw a young handsome man opening the door I swear he was hot and looked even more $exy with his killer smile I could have fainted seeing but Mahi brought me back to reality when she left me alone in the party because she wanted to spend time with UV
As the theme of the party was Christmas colours all the girls were dressed in Red and Boys in black seeing me sitting alone the Host of the Party that is that handsome guy walked towards me “You are alone ?” He asked “ Voh.. I am here with my sister Mahi but she is busy with her boyfriend UV “ I said pointing towards Mahi and UV who were busy dancing as well as romancing “Love birds “ I said giggling He too joined me “ Well I am Twinkle “ I said forwarding my hand “I am Kunj” He said “Nice to meet you “ I said “well you are with whom “ I asked “ I am the host of the party “ he said “Oh I did not know “ I said feeling a bit embarrassed t looked as if I had walked into a party without being invited “So how do you know Naman “ I asked “Who Naman ?” He questioned I showed him Naman’s photo and the he realised Naman was his mothers friends son “How do you know Naman ?” He asked me “Voh … He is my friend “ I lied I don’t why i did this but I did I hid the fact that I had a boyfriend from Kunj Why ? “May I “ He said forwarding his hand for a dance I accepted his offer because I was alone and what the problem in dancing with him

(We walked towards the centre of the hall the lights were made dimmed the other couples also joined us I placed my hands around his neck and he placed his hand on my waist )

Teri duaon se aati hai bas ye sada
Meri hoke, hamesha hi rehna Kabhi na kehna alvida..

(He held me close to him … My eyes were lost in his we for not once had stopped staring each other I enjoyed his touch a lot he twirled me around resulting in my back facing his front we were so close to each other that I could feel his heart throbbing against my back )

(We were lost in the flow of the music I never realised I had forgotten that I am in a relationship with his family friend … I came back to my senses and tried leaving but Kunj held my hand he questioned me through his eyebrows I ignored it He pulled me a bit forcefully which resulted in my hands falling on his chest we were lost in the music our bodies swayed with the music unknowingly )
Talab talab talab bas teri hai mujhe
Nason mein tu nasha banke ghulna yuhin
Meri mohabbat ka karna tu haq yeh ada

(The music stopped playing but we still kept on dancing I was still in his arms and he was lost in my eyes when we heard people hotting …)
We turned around to find from where the sound came from to my surprise I found UV on his knees and he was holding a rose for Mahi di “He proposed her finally “I said while jumping in happiness I could see Kunj smiling looking at me
We then decided to play a game Most of the people there were couple madly in love with each other which resulted in the KISS GAME
we sat in a circle the partners facing each other since me and Kunj were left out we were facing each other “All of us Know the rules but still to be clear : The person on whom the top of the bottle stops has to kiss the person sitting right in front of them “ Cherry one of the guy said “Lets start “ everyone said in unison
First the bottle stopped on Mahi and the person right infant of her was UV she did not resist and soon we could witness the longest 10 minutes kiss I had seen they were so lost in it that they forgot we still had to continue with the game the guys hooted loudly to bring them back to the real world
The bottle was again spun It landed on some of the other couples sometimes in between two people which resulted in a double kiss Finally it landed on Kunj I was a bit shocked how was I suppose to react I felt happy but at the same time I felt like cheating Naman Kunj came close to me people for hooting because we were the only ones who were not a couple Kunj came close to me and I closed my eyes tightly when I opened it I saw a smiling Kunj who was accused to have cheated in the game because he kissed me on my forehead “There was no rule to kiss on the lips “ He said justifying himself I smiled looking at him and so did he
“Can I drop you home “ Kunj asked me because he saw Mahi and UV bidding bye to me “Yeh sure “ I said We reached home my Mom and Dad are one of those cool parents who don’t mind seeing me with a boy except Naman “What’s your name “ Mom asked him “Kunj Sarna “ he said while I looked shocked at him “Sarna “ his surenme reminded me of Kunj Sarna a boy in my school when i was in grade 2 We were bench mates one day he gave me a dairy milk chocolate which i accepted happily He then kissed on my cheeks and left the class I could not stay in touch with him because we left the city but I had aways thought about him
I told this to Kunj who hugged me happily He was happy to see me He immediately proposed me in front of my parents “Twinkle Taneja I Love you I want to spend the rest of my life with you will you marry me ?” He asked I looked towards them for an answer when they nodded their head in a yes “YES” I said looking at him We hugged
We got married in the year 2011 I did not betray Naman infant it was him who did it The day after Christmas I found Naman with his New girlfriend Pallavi I was happy for him I congratulated him and left he found it a bit weird until he found out that Kunj had proposed me we still are good friends” Mummm “ My 4 year old daughter crawled up to me She is so sweet just Like Kunj I thought and pulled her nose while she made a cute posting face she was so messed up “seems as if Dad and you have decorated yourself rather than the Christmas tree “ I remarked as I saw Kunj entering the room removing a decorative item from his hair god knows how did it get in there
Kunj came and took Aarna in his arms
“I FINALLY FOUND MY CHILDHOOD SWEETHEART “ I remarked seeing my happy family busy waiting for the Christmas party to start 🙂

Well Guys I am really sorry for not being able to post my ff’s on time I am seriously very busy I am thinking of leaving TU …..
Well I don’t want to but I guess I have to so this means this is my last post …
I have 2 options
To get back in the month of April and continue with the story
2. To complete the existing stories in 1 episode after the 22nd of January and leave TU
