Scene 1
Param has chicken pox. Meher says we have to make him shower. Sarab picks Param. He cries. Meher gets the bath tub ready. He says we should call doctor. Meher says these were done before science was discovered. Param cries. Meher makes him shower. He says I don’t want to shower. Meher plays with him. Param cries. Sarab and Meher try to convince Param. Meher gives direction to all the kids. She says no one would go to Param’s room without asking me.

Doctor comes and checks Param. He says this is chicken pox. Param says what is this red red. Meher says this is only to make you stronger. Doctor says you missed his chicken pox vaccination. If you didn’t miss this, this won’t have happened. Meher how could you miss it? sarab says it was my mistake. He says

I was in Us. Doctor says give him non spicy food only. Dolly comes and says what happened? How is Param ill? Why didn’t you tell us? Harleen says Meher you could call us. dolly says she doesn’t call anyone. Sarab says it is chicken pox. Dolly stays away from Param. Param says what is chicken pox. Dolly says I have to go. I have to rest. She leaves. Harleen says this is contagious. Khushi go to your room. Rovi says I am sensitive you. Param says why is everyone going away from me. Meher says you are brave boy. Don’t worry.

Doctor says it is contagious. No one can take care of Param better than Meher. Meher applies coconut oil on his chicken pox. She says it helps in itching. Doctor says if anyone is pregnant in this house, please keep her away from Param. It can be dangerous for baby and child. Sarab and Meher are dazed.

Scene 2
Kulwant comes to Rana’s room. She says why are you sitting here crying? Eat. Rana says I don’t want to eat anything. He says you don’t love me at all. Kulwant says why would you say that? He says you swear falsely on me. Kulawnt says we say this in Punjabi. We don’t mean it. I am your lioness, I won’t ever let anything happen to you.

Meher makes PAram sleep. Sarab says you heard what doctor said. This isn’t safe for you and your baby. She says my baby can fight it. I can stay with Param. I made him cry. I will take care of him. I will be there for Param. Param has to fight so many things. Sara says please be serious. You can’t do this. Meher says Params recovery is important. He cried because of me. I can’t leave him alone. Sarab says please. SHe says daddy told me nothing is more important than care. No on can stop me from taking care of Param.

Precap-Sarab calls Kulwant and says Param has chicken pox. It isn’t safe for Meher. Please take her. Kulwant is scared if he got to know.
