The Episode starts with Ranvijay and everyone treating Dev well. He says we have to send Mannat and Dev home, Sakshi wants the pagphere rasam to complete, they can come back later. Mannat is sad. Falak asks her to get ready and go home. Mannat gets angry and refuses to go. Gita comes and says this is not true, everyone got to know the truth, Dev didn’t misbehave with you, but saved you. Mannat argues with her. She cries. Dev and Mannat come home. They take elders’ blessings. Sakshi stops them at the door. She asks did you think about what I told you, you spoke ill about me in your mom’s house, do you remember, Gita would have explained you. Dev asks what did you tell her. Sakshi says I think Mannat won’t speak up, I will tell you, I want a heir’s good news in 30 days. Dadu says you know how Mannat and Dev got married, try to understand her pain. Sakshi argues.
Mannat disagrees. Dadu and Jaideep support her. Babita and Anu trouble Mannat. Babita says Dev asked us to prepare for the first night. Mannat asks what, did he say. Anu says yes, why are you surprised.
Mannat gets high fever. Tannu worries for her. Dev stays sad and talks to Jeet. Tannu calls him and informs about Mannat. Doctor treats Mannat and updates Dev about her. Dev says I will sit outside, if Mannat sees me then she will get unwell. He thinks of Jeet. He goes to check Mannat. Tannu falls asleep.
He says the bottle has got empty. He rushes and calls the nurse. Tannu apologizes. The nurse changes the saline bottle and goes. Tannu asks Dev to sit with Mannat. She says I m feeling sleepy, handle Mannat for sometime, please. He nods. He cares for Mannat. She wakes up and sees him. He says you fell sick so I had to get you here, Tannu is also here with us. He goes. The nurse says your husband cares a lot for you. Mannat thinks he is disgusting, he is acting. Anu comes to meet Mannat. She says Mannat and Tannu aren’t here, where did they go. She goes and tells everyone that Mannat has run away. Dev gets Mannat and Tannu home.

Alisha comes home to meet Dev. She hugs Dev. She says I missed you so much, when are you marrying me. He sees Mannat coming. He says I can’t marry you, I got married to Mannat. Alisha runs cryingly and meets with an accident. Dev shouts.
