The episode starts with Mannat slapping Dev and scolding him for touching her. Dev cries. Mannat warns him and goes to her room. Tannu looks on. She goes to Mannat and defends Dev. Mannat says I know he is pretending. Tannu says no, he has risked his life for your life, I promised him, I won’t tell you, but now I have to tell you, Dev jumped down the terrace for your sake, just to avoid the first night, he could have died, but he jumped down to save you, Jeet died for your love, Dev would have died for your respect, why don’t you believe him. Mannat says he made this story and you believed him. Tannu says no, I have seen him jumping down, I asked him, why did he risk his life. She tells what Dev told her.
Mannat is shocked. Tannu says Dev isn’t disgusting, he is a nice guy, I m going back, if you refuse to accept the truth, then you will be ungrateful. Mannat thinks of Tannu’s words. Aditi comes to meet Mannat and apologizes for the family’s misbehavior. Sakshi hears them. Mannat says I just got to know that I m unlucky. Aditi says you are strong. Mannat says I don’t know, I m doing this for my sisters. She gets sad.
Dev irons the clothes with one hand. He struggles. Mannat comes and offers help. Satpal comes and thinks I can’t believe this, Mannat is helping Dev. He smiles. Dev thanks Mannat. Satpal asks him to have his medicines. He teases Dev and goes. Dev thinks what happened to Mannat. He gets Alisha’s call. She asks him to come and meet her. Dev goes.
Alisha says you still love me, your heart has changed, you have to get my Dev back. He says I married Mannat to keep my responsibility, she hates me, I don’t want her love. She says you mean you don’t believe in this marriage, Dev, I feel bad for you, what did you do, you have spoiled your own life, don’t worry, I m not an emotional fool like you, you left your love for family, but I won’t leave my love. He says I m married now, nothing can happen now. She says your family should come out of Jeet’s sorrow, you take divorce from Mannat, I will wait for you, we will get married. He asks what are you saying, are you mad. She says yes, it’s the only way now. She shows the mangalsutra and says I have kept this safe in a hope that you will make me wear this one day. Dev says this can’t happen now.
