Gayatri receives a call from an NGO and the lady supports Gayatri’s decision regarding making Nandini a president. Gayatri objects how Nandini will be able to manage as she has no experience. The lady praises such modesty of Gayatri. She says Gayatri’s experience and Nandini’s new way of thinking will come handy.

In PRP meeting, Nandini was about to refuse the president position, but Gayatri announces that she has chosen Nandini as the president. Nandini is shocked and speechless. Everyone shows confidence in Nandini and they are sure she will bring a change. Everyone goes for the lunch. Nandini asks Gayatri why she chose her as the president when she asked her to refuse yesterday. Gayatri says she wants to prove to party members that speaking is one thing and

doing is other thing. She wants them to come to her and regret for their decision. She also calls Nandini being an “aam aadmi” is incapable for such positions. Gayatri tells Nandini she can resign the president position once she is selected. Nandini now accepts the position which shocks Gayatri. She says it’s not to enter the politics, but she doesn’t want to break trust of women and also wants to prove ability of an “aam aadmi”, so no one questions it again. Nandini leaves from there.

Abhay asks Gayatri what if Nandini really passes this challenge. Gayatri is confident that she won’t.

Nandini is doing the formalities. After she signs the papers, women give her a special saree and asks her to wear it on her first day of this job. The members suggest Nandini to ascend the flag on this republic day instead Gayatri. Nandini agrees. She takes blessings from Gayatri.

At home, Rajveer asks Nandini why she had to say yes for the position. Nandini says she couldn’t say no despite wanting to as she doesn’t want to break trust of everyone. She genuinely wants to do something for the country. Rajveer says he respects Nandini more and more day by day. He hopes Nandini, who thinks about everyone and spreads happiness to everyone, gets all the happiness in her life as well.

Dadi asks Gayatri why she forced Nandini into politics. Gayatri says Nandini accepted this position by herself. Nandini comes and Dadi asks her the same question. Nandini gives the same reason. Dadi says but she has to think about house responsibilities as well. Nandini says no change will come in her house responsibilities due to this. A servant comes and asks what they are preparing for dinner. Swaroop was going, but Dadi stops her and asks Nandini to go. Swaroop gets angry. Gayatri suggests for some function on republic day and introducing Nandini to some of their guests. Dadi agrees and as this will be first time, Nandini will have to prepare lunch by herself. Uttara says Nandini won’t be able to manage as she doesn’t know anything about their tradition. Gayatri says this is the chance for her to learn and she will manage. Gayatri smiles and says in her mind, there is no way Nandini would be able to go to both places on the same day.

Precap: Dadi tells Nandini about the function. Nandini wonders how she will be able to handle everything on the same day. Gayatri is happy. Later, Nandini is shown getting ready in her political avatar.
