Marriage rituals start. Inderraj’s son tells him that Rajveer is ruining his life. In middle of the rituals, the groom gets a message on his phone and he excuses himself from there. Everyone is surprised. Swaroop’s husband is going to check, but Gayatri stops him and says he’s not feeling well like I said. He will be back. The groom returns and rituals resume. Gayatri finally seems happy and relieved. They take pheres. Rajveer (or the groom) puts sindhoor and some of it falls on Nandini’s face. Ritu tells Nandini this means Rajveer loves her a lot. Nandini smiles. The groom (face still not shown) hesitates during mangalsutra ritual, but does it. In next ritual, Uttara has to put a ring in Nandini’s leg finger. She doesn’t like it at
Gayatri goes to Inderraj and asks him if he won’t congratulate her. Inderraj says of course, she deserves all the credits for giving an ordinary a sky high status. Gayatri says she’s glad that he finally realized what she can do. Inderraj tells her they will meet again and leaves.
Gayatri goes to the groom and Nandini and asks Akansha to take them to the van. Akansha and Ritu go with the groom and Nandini. In their way, the groom removes the knot and gives it to Abhay’s secretary and leaves. Nandini is confused. Abhay’s secretary tells Nandini that he will join them soon. Nandini comes to the van and is waiting for Rajveer. Rajveer comes (face is finally shown). Ritu teases him and asks for gift for leaving two alone to talk. Akansha says she can also ask for gift to let Nandini talk with Rajveer. Ritu tells Rajveer that she’s letting him go this time, but next time she won’t. Nandini asks Rajveer where he went.. she was so worried. Rajveer rudely replies that why she would care. He then calms down and says he wasn’t feeling well so was resting here.
Gayatri speaks with the media and introduces Nandini as her daughter in law. She says she’s very happy and her son’s happiness matter the most. Media question Nandini about how she’s feeling. Gayatri asks them to leave her daughter in law alone.. she has just got married.
Then there is Nandini’s bidaai’s emotional scene. She meets and hugs all her family members and leaves.
They arrive at Rajveer’s house. Nandini looks at it and says in her mind she never expected this. Other hand, Rajveer says that he had seen dreams to marry Jeena but now will have to stay with Nandini. He hopes all this mess sorts out soon so he can live his dreams. Gayatri too says in her mind that she had seen so many dreams about Rajveer’s marriage, but for her political dream, she had to let go her other dream. A servant opens the car door for Nandini and she feels odd. She questions why he’s keeping his head down in front of her when he’s so much elder than her. Gayatri explains to her that she is now Rajkumari and servants here don’t dare to see in the eyes of Rajkumari. Nandini still says he’s so much elder. Dadi comes out and says Grah Pravesh is not done and she started questioning about their traditions. Uttara takes advantage of this opportunity and says Nandini came from middle class so she won’t get their tradition as she is not used to it. Dadi tells Nandini not to question their traditions again.
