The Episode starts with Sia meeting Abhay. He asks did you talk to Ansari, did he misbehave. She says its all sorted, don’t worry. She asks about a patient’s case. He says you know how to handle it, you are diverting the main topic, I can’t see you unhappy. She says my relation with Ansari is complicated, his life isn’t easy, so he behaves that way, we feel he is wrong, his heart is very clean, he is a great guy. Abhay says he is manipulating you. She says I know you are stressed for me, but please you can’t understand our dynamics, I know what’s right for Ansari and me, I will take that decision. He says fine, its your call, your life, remember I care for you. She says I have to go now, see you later, if Ansari sees, then it will be a problem.
Nikhil says I don’t want you to do
He says God bless her soul, did you do anything wrong yesterday. She says no, I re run these steps in mind many times, I feel I didn’t miss anything, maybe I missed something. He says doubt is a bad thing, doubt gets surety, you will get answers and know what you were thinking, you have to know the origin of the doubt, how is it coming, maybe someone else is confusing you, if you missed something, then you would have known it. She recalls Aditi.
Deepika says I didn’t miss anything, but I could have done something else. Nikhil tells the replacement process. He says maybe she could have survived. She says no, we could have not done this. He says okay, lets do this one more time for my sake. She tells the steps again. She says any doctor would have done it, this is the possible treatment. He says exactly, why are you blaming yourself, you don’t need to do that, you are better than that. She nods. He says I have a positive vibe, we are best friends, I m asking again, will you do my surgery. She says yes. He smiles. She leaves.
Abhay and Peroz check the patients. Peroz looks for nerve. The old man gets angry and argues with him. Abhay asks Nurse to give the injection. He takes Peroz out and asks what’s up. Peroz says Meera left from my friend, Isha is responsible for this, she was pretending good, she sabotaged my relationship, she said she loves me, so she did these cheap stunts, her mind is schemy. Abhay says she really loves you. Peroz says its not possible. Abhay says many people don’t know what’s love and how to handle it, and they do such silly things, look at Sia, she is in mess, she isn’t talking to me because of Ansari, she stopped using her mind, she lost her confidence, are you understanding, she isn’t realizing that Ansari is manipulating her. Peroz says she sold her jewellery. Abhay says I wish to make her out of this mess, this relation is toxic, its not good for her. Peroz says we should help her, our love life is so complicated. Abhay says we have to do something.
Vikrant thinks of Aditi. Jaane kaise…plays…. He sees Aditi. She scolds him for breaking her heart. He says I m sorry. She says say sorry to yourself, you are restless, you will never get peace. He calls Deepika. She is busy in work. He calls her again. She goes for Nikhil’s surgery. Nikhil says don’t give me anesthesia, I want to be wide awake. Nikhil says I will sign the consent form. Deepika asks why. He says I can handle this, if you miss some steps, then I can instruct you. She asks why did you insist me to do this if you were not sure. He says now I m relaxed, we don’t need to teach swimming to sharks, you are a shark. She asks Dr. Shah to give him anesthesia and calm him. Nikhil says see you in a bit, Deepika. She says yes. Vikrant comes there. He asks Abhay where is Deepika. Deepika finishes the surgery. She leaves.
Vikrant says I need to talk to you, come with me. She says not now, leave my hand. He takes her to his cabin. He says I can’t pity on me, I m not so weak. She says a big tragedy happened with you, take some time off, its not a weakness, its sensibility. He asks don’t I deserve someone’s love, can’t I get someone to be with me, you could have tried your best to save Aditi, I m in this situation because of you. She says no, don’t blame me again, I did the best, no one could have done anything else, I have fought for her life, we couldn’t win, it doesn’t mean that I didn’t try, death always wins over life, Aditi had to go, and she left, it’s the truth, please don’t blame me again for Aditi’s death, I have to go to OT and fight for other patient’s lives, I lose less and win more, my hands won’t shake, I know I m not wrong, I have to fight to save lives.
He says you mean I m responsible for Aditi’s death, that I killed her. She says no. He says you mean I killed her. She says no, she just left, we are doctors, our wiring is such that we try to save patient’s lives, its in our heart, whatever happened with Aditi wasn’t right, I will always regret, we are powerless in front of fate and destiny, we can just try to save the patient, but we don’t know how one dies, it will sound strange, we have to accept this soon, humans try to find a logical closure, else they try to blame someone, its wrong, you are getting many thoughts, choose the peaceful thoughts, and make the troubled thoughts away from your system, you need an emotional closure, you will get it from your heart. He hugs her and cries. He says I don’t know how to deal with this alone, don’t leave me alone, please stay with me. She says I m with you, okay, relax. Abhay sees Madhvi. She says I m waiting for my husband. He says I will call him. She says no need, he will come when he wants. He asks why are you scared of him.
She says he will get angry. He says its not your mistake if your husband beats you. She says don’t pity me. She cries. He pacifies her. He says earth is called mother earth because just a woman has courage, not a man, you have courage in you, none can match it, my mum also has much courage, she struggled and made me a doctor, I have reached here because of her patience, when a woman decides to take a stand for herself, then none is stronger than her, sometimes there are doubts and fear, but it can’t get equal to courage, my mum fought her fear by her courage, its better to live alone with courage, than bearing someone’s torture. Her husband comes and scolds her. Madhvi’s hand shakes in fear. Abhay looks on. Deepika asks Vikrant to have food. He says no, I will have vomiting. She says no, at least have a glucose. She makes him rest. Peroz comes to call her. She says I have to go. Vikrant says don’t go. She says I will be back. She asks Peroz to take rest, she may need him tomorrow. He says sure. Vikrant sees Aditi and turns away.
Madhvi’s husband asks her to come fast and clean the house. Abhay says she can’t work, she needs rest. Madhvi stops her. Abhay leaves. Madhvi says we will go home. Her husband raises hand on her. She pushes him and picks a tray. Abhay comes in. She fights her husband. Abhay smiles. Madhvi scolds her husband. He gets scared. She throws the tray away. She asks Abhay to help her in taking the bag. Abhay helps her. Madhvi says come home with manners, else I will throw you out of the house along with the junk. She leaves. Abhay takes her. She buys a soda and drinks from the roadside stall. Abhay smiles. She says you said right, we have to stop the wrong, I didn’t have courage before, and today I got the courage on own, thanks. He says welcome. She leaves in the auto rickshaw. Nikhil sits working. Deepika and Abhay come. She says you can’t go in few days. Nikhil asks all okay, do you have any bad news. She says no, I had to remove the bladder stones, it led to an injury, we have to monitor you for a week. He says I heard the canteen food is nice, right, no arguing with you. She says you can setup a mobile workspace here. He says you are a workaholic, so its not tough to explain you. She says call me from ER if you need, Abhay it’s a double shift, you also take rest.
Deepika sleeps. Nurse comes to wake her up. Deepika goes and checks the girl Mukta. Her dad says she is ten years old, she got seizures, she is a good child, I lost my wife three years ago, I raise her alone. She says we have to admit her. She checks Mukta. She tells the tests. She says we have to admit her in pediatric ward. Vikrant sees Aditi again. He leaves. Chakravorty sees him and asks are you alright. Vikrant says yes. Chakravorty asks did you sleep well or not. Vikrant says no, but I m fine. Deepika discusses Mukta’s case with another doctor. Deepika sees Vikrant with Chakravorty. Chakravorty says Vikrant will handle OPD today. Vikrant says okay. He goes. Chakravorty says he shouldn’t be here, he wants to work, he can’t handle ER, I can’t give him any surgery. She says he will be fine. He says not everyone has superpower like you, you have taken a 15 min nap, you are working since 15 hours with same accuracy and precision, Vikrant needs 12 hours of sleep, he can’t handle ER pressure, he needs someone with him, not you, I can’t give this babysitting work to you. She says I know what to do, don’t worry.
