The Episode starts with Deepika going to get coffee. Vikrant says your fav cold coffee. She says double espresso without sugar. She goes. He dumps the coffee. She goes to Abhay and gives the coffee to him. He drinks it. She asks him how can he have a bitter coffee. He says you will like it with time. Abhay goes to locker room and talks to Sia. Sia says we should impress Vikrant. Abhay says he has a big ego. Sia says he is our super boss, it matter what he thinks about us, he should like him, its basics. Abhay says don’t take his name with respect, he is a MCP, he thinks men should decide for girls, are you okay with it. She says relax, I m not okay, mostly men are same, I m here to make a career, why do you forget your priorities in life. Abhay says you look cute when you care for me. They laugh. Deepika
Ansari attends a patient. Vikrant hears Ansari and questions him. Ansari tells about the elevated rashes. Vikrant gets impressed by him. He asks him to get the tests done and come with proper diagnosis. He asks Sia to work on this case with Ansari. Deepika says I will join you later, I have to talk to Vikrant. Abhay attends a patient with liver disease. He asks since when does he have jaundice symptoms. The man says since one week. Abhay asks why didn’t you get him before. The girl says dad didn’t want to come, he is Samrit, I m Anya. Samrit says jaundice keeps happening to me, I m retired, I live on pension, I can’t spend much on treatment, I have to see her education also. She says your alcohol isn’t an issue, right. Samrit says she got angry since her mum died, don’t mind. Abhay says I have to do some tests, I will get only imp tests done, please take some rest. Deepika says I decide the junior residents’ duty. Vikrant says you are my junior. She says I m saying we have to see their capability, Ansari isn’t capable to handle this case, he needs guidance. Vikrant says I m also guiding him, this is my way. She says a patient’s life is in risk, does this not matter to you. He asks her to find out his reputation, he knows well what to do. She says you know it always. He asks what blame are you putting on me. She says you have God complex, you always take a wrong decision, you didn’t change. He says that’s your old habit to do, you didn’t change. He goes.
Peroz gets frustrated. He says I m doing dietary calculations, I could have joined my dad’s poultry farm to do so, I have no real case. Prince argues. Peroz compliments Meena on the lipstick shade. She asks are you telling me. He says yes. She blushes and thanks him. Prince asks what is up. Peroz says sorry. Prince asks why did you lie to her. Peroz says you can’t understand her beauty. He goes.
Abhay tells Deepika about Samrit’s case. She says admit him, I will come to examine him. Vikrant says let me see that. He says patient needs a liver transplant. She says that’s not needed, do the tests and show me the patients. Vikrant taunts Deepika. He says junior residents look at you for everything, Ansari is confident to do something on his own, I was like him when I was young. Ansari checks the chart. Sia says I also want to see it. He says you would be feeling bad, Abhay is Deepika’s pet, Vikrant is Deepika’s boss, what shall I praise myself, I will be his fav. Sia says grow up, Abhay will always be a better doctor than you. He says you are Abhay’s fan. He goes to Vikrant. Meena asks Peroz why did you get me here, we will go to nurse station. He asks her to sit on the system and do the work, they won’t tell the secret to anyone. He asks her to help. He says I have to finish calculations on time, Deepika is particular about it. She says I know, I will do it. He says you call me Peroz, we are friends now. He asks her to feed the file details on the computer. She says it will be done. He says thanks, you are a darling. He goes.
Ansari tells Vikrant about Ruhi’s case. Sia and Ansari argue. They see Vikrant. Vikrant asks Ansari to do the tests and find out. Sia says better luck next time, Abhay has talent, you need more luck. Ansari goes. Peroz checks the chart and goes. Dr. Khanna comes. Peroz asks can I assist you in the surgery, I will learn from you. Khanna says you have to tell me, for what purpose is this procedure done. Peroz answers. Khanna asks him to come in. Abhay and Sia talk to Peroz in the cafe. Sia says Ansari is trying to impress Vikrant, he wants to take your position. Abhay asks what position. She says pet position, you are Deepika’s pet, he wants to become Vikrant’s pet. Abhay says I m not her pet. She says you are her fav, we know, Ansari will show us attitude and order us. Abhay says you do the right diagnosis and become Vikrant’s pet. She says I can become, but…. He asks her what is she hiding. She says Ansari wants to make my BF lose, I want you to make him lose, you have to do it for me. Abhay says don’t take him seriously. She says it matters to me, you tell the correct diagnosis to Vikrant. Peroz says I like to see you both like this, I m single. Abhay says why am I getting a call from organ transplant centre. Ansari sees Meena in the office. He asks her what is she doing. She makes an excuse and goes. He checks some files. Sia comes. She says your diagnosis is wrong, what’s next. He asks what did you think, you are also a doctor. She says good you remember I m also a doctor. He says done, let me work now. Sia messages Abhay.
Deepika says you have no right to register my patient in the transplant centre. Vikrant says I have to save the patient’s life, not to see your ego. They argue. Chakravorty says I didn’t expect you both to argue this way, get in my cabin, now. Sia calls Abhay. He says I can’t talk now. He goes to see the patient. Vikrant complains about Deepika. She says all the factors don’t support a liver transplant, his life has high risk, I m trying an alternate treatment plan. Vikrant says I insist, we should talk to his family, they can donate the liver. She says we can control his jaundice and give him oral treatment, you decide it. Abhay stops Samrit. Samrit says I don’t want to get the liver transplant. Abhay asks sister why did she give the forms to him. She says Vikrant told so. Samrit says I don’t want to waste money. Anya says you have to get fine. Abhay says we will do the best, calm down. She says dad, how did you fall so ill. Abhay says don’t worry, transplant won’t be needed, really sorry, I will call Deepika, she has an alternate treatment plan. He goes. Chakravorty says forget the differences and decide a good treatment plan. Vikrant thanks him. Deepika says yes.
Sia stops Abhay and asks him why is he rude, she just wants him to win over Ansari. He says we are doctors, we have to do our work. She asks the diagnosis for the symptoms. He asks her to do the blood culture test, he will be right. She says okay, I will call you, you go and tell Vikrant, Ansari should know who is the best pet, oops, sorry. Vikrant and Deepika discuss the case once again. He says you have become more stubborn in ten years, I m ordering you as a boss, we will go for liver transplant. She says okay. He says inform me when you find the donor, I will do the transplant, you will assist me. She leaves. Sia sees Ansari trying to figure out the right diagnosis. Deepika says we have to do the liver transplant. Samrit says I m not comfortable. Anya says please, I can’t lose you. He says fine, when will it happen. Abhay says it will take time to find the donor. Anya asks for a fast process. Deepika says if there is any blood relative over 18 years, who is ready to donate a part of the liver, the donor’s liver will regenerate on own. Anya says I m 18, I m ready to donate the liver. Abhay says I will do the tests. Samrit says no, if anything happens to Anya. He asks is there any risk for donor. Deepika says its safe, but complications can be there. He says I don’t want any risk. Deepika explains them. Samrit says I can’t risk my daughter’s life and become the worst dad. Anya asks what will we do. Deepika asks can we consider any blood relative. Samrit says no, I don’t want to risk anyone’s life. Abhay says it won’t happen. She says we can’t force him, we have to wait. Anya says we can’t wait for long. Deepika says Abhay, take him for the alternate treatment. She says I will try my best to cure him without the transplant, don’t lose hope.
Vikrant asks Ansari about the diagnosis. He says I think I was wrong. Ansari sees Sia there. He says no, I was ruling out the things. Sia checks the reports. Vikrant asks him to support his theory. Ansari suggests the treatment. Vikrant says start the treatment. He asks Sia. Sia tells him. He says you have to perform better. He goes. Ansari asks is this bad theory of you or Abhay. She says mine. Ansari says you are Abhay’s GF, not his fan, can you take over this patient. She asks what, do you pity me. He says no, I look good and can’t make the patient jealous, you treat Ruhi. She says you owe me one. Abhay asks why did you agree with Vikrant, you were against. Deepika says remember Razina’s case, I have to listen to my senior, Vikrant is not medically wrong, our treatment plans are different, so I decided to follow my senior. Vikrant comes and asks why did you go against me. She says patient refused for the transplant. He says you scared the patient so much. Abhay defends her. She asks him to go to OT. Vikrant says I didn’t know you will go to this level. She says I m doing my work, keep personal feelings aside, we can do the best treatment as a team, can you do this, the patient is on the table. Vikrant gets coffee for her. She drinks. He says so strong, how do you drink so bitter coffee. She says you will like it with time. He says I liked mild, its fine, I can develop a strong taste. Abhay sees them. He leaves with Sia.
