The Episode starts with Deepika coming to her cabin. She talks to the nurse Malvi tai. She says many people don’t like the female boss. Malvi tai says don’t know what problem you have with marriage. Deepika says I have no enmity, I just want the team to respect me, if they don’t like me, that’s all. Malvi Tai says all the best, your team will come to meet you. Sia asks Abhay to have the food. She asks what’s the case that you are too busy, who is coming between our me time. He says Deepika, she asked me to make the files ready, she will assist the surgeries, I will do the paperwork, she is bad news. Sia says she would be good, she has become a speed breaker in your way. He says I have a problem with her entry, I had seen them together late night. They get back to work.

Many patients come

to the hospital. They don’t get attended by the staff. Peroz comes. He asks the patients to come with him. Deepika takes the details from Sia and Ansari. She asks for Peroz and Abhay. Deepika asks Abhay about the patient. He tells about Sanjeev Mishra and other patients. She asks what do you want to do. The girl Aisha asks the nurse to call the doctor fast, her mum isn’t fine. Nurse says sit there, I will send the doctor. Abhay and Deepika argue. He says you are wrong, I can handle the female boss. She asks why are you judging me. Aisha’s mum faints down. She shouts. They rush and check the lady. A senior doctor comes there. He asks Abhay what’s happening. Abhay says a patient fainted, don’t worry, Dr. Deepika Sinha and I are handling her. The doctor sees Deepika and says who has let her enter this hospital. Abhay says she is the new chief resident, Dr. Chakravorty got her here. Peroz examines a patient and asks why is he so blue. The men say he is Nila baba, he is blue since his birth. He tells the nurse that its a rare case, he is lucky to handle this case, he will treat the unique patient. He goes happily. Malvi Tai asks for Deepika. Deepika checks the lady’s wound. The lady says I got hurt while working in the factory. Deepika asks when did you get hurt. The lady says one week back. Aisha says factory owner sent my mum for the treatment, but her pain didn’t subside, I asked her to take half day and come here for checkup. Deepika asks Abhay to take the lady for tests. The lady says I can’t get late for the work, I can’t handle the expenses of the tests, give me some painkiller, everything is fine. Deepika says this hospital is charitable. Abhay says you will be treated for free. Deepika says don’t worry for approval, I will talk to Chakravorty. She writes the tests and asks Abhay to go. She scolds the nurse for making the lady wait so long. Nurse says the patient took much time to fill the form. Deepika asks aren’t you ashamed to blame the patient. Malvi Tai looks for Deepika. She says I want an opinion, the patient’s skin has turned blue. Ansari says don’t talk of Peroz, he has no sense and boasts of his knowledge.

Peroz gives the prescription to the patient. Ansari comes and says patient has turned blue, you should investigate more. Peroz says come with me. Ansari argues. Peroz says I m MBBS topper, don’t ask me. Ansari says patient can get harmed. Deepika comes to Chakravorty and tells about the lady Razina’s case. She says I had to jump the protocols and come to you, please sign the papers. He says your idealism didn’t change, I see young Deepika in Abhay. He signs the papers. She says doctors and management have a different. Dr. Jamshed Sheriyar comes and says you should focus on your second chance. Razina says I want to rush, I have to go for my work. She recalls the past. Abhay calls her out. She checks the reports. She tells about the gangrene infection spreading in Razina’s body, she may lose her life, they need to call the ortho. He asks why, we can remove the affected part. She says we have to amputate her hand. He asks what, you want to cut her hand, she is the only earning person in her family. She says she may lose her life, then she can’t earn. Chakravorty defends Deepika. He says you can’t understand, you didn’t do MBBS. Jamshed says I did MBA and handled my family hospital, I have hired you. They argue. Jamshed says if Deepika fails, then you fail, she is your ego. Chakravorty says I m the MD of this hospital, I have full authority to hire anyone, you will remember the hospital policies. Jamshed says this hospital will run by my vision. He goes. Deepika asks nurse Jenny to book the OT and call the ortho surgeon. Abhay signs Jenny to stop. He says we can try other option than the arm amputation, we can take the second opinion from Dr. Chakravorty. She says I m your senior. He says I can’t let you do this, I promised her, that nothing will happen to her hand. She says we aren’t Lord, we can try to save the patient, you get affected by patient’s emotions, you can’t promise anyone, its wrong. He asks what shall I say that we can’t do anything to make her fine. She says tell her that we have to cut her hand to save her life, its too late, we have no option, inform me when you tell her. She goes.

Abhay talks to Jigna Kaki and asks about his Aai. He says I will end my work and come soon, take care of Aai. He goes to tell Sia about Razina’s hand. Sia says Deepika won’t like to do this. Abhay says Deepika has an informal relation with Chakravorty, she is progressing by using her charm, I had seen them together before. She says I agree, whatever happened with your mum is wrong, it doesn’t mean that you think every lady is wrong. He says you really think that I dislike Deepika because my ex-dad left my mum for a second woman, unbelievable. Peroz goes to see the patient. He asks where is the patient. The man says you forgot you had sent him for tests. Ansari checks the reports. He says that baba’s lungs are damaged, I was right.

Abhay goes to Razina. He gets sad. Razina’s husband asks will she get fine. She says nothing will happen to me, I m fine, my husband has a kidney problem, dialysis is needed regularly. The man says that’s why I don’t get a job anywhere. Razina says I can’t take off every time, Aisha doesn’t understand all this, shall I go now. Deepika comes and says your reports aren’t good, you didn’t get treated well for your wound. Razina says there will be some medicines. Peroz goes to Deepika and says Ansari is interfering in my case. She goes to see the patient. Ansari shows the reports. She asks them to come out with her.

She asks them to stop arguing. Ansari shows the test reports. Ansari says its a case of cyanosis. She says right, Peroz you didn’t diagnose the case well. Peroz says sorry. Deepika asks Peroz to assist Ansari in all the cases for three days. She asks Ansari to consult her before stealing any colleague’s case. Ansari asks can I assist you in gangrene case, sorry. He goes. She smiles.

Dr. Kumar comes and says I m the orthosurgeon. She shows the xray and asks his opinion. She asks what do you think. He says we should not wait, we have to amputate the hand. She asks can there be any alternate treatment. He says yes, but its late. Abhay comes and gives the alternate option. Dr. Kumar asks Deepika to inform her, whatever she decides. Abhay says we can try this option. She says we can’t waste time, you want to save Razina’s hand, its not possible. She asks the nurse to make Razina ready. Abhay looks on.
