The Episode starts with Deepika saying the matter won’t end this way, I want a meeting with Jamshed and Chakravorty. Tanya says men will never change, try to compromise and end this matter. Deepika says I don’t know doing that, this matter has touched my heart, I can’t help, please set up the meeting. Isha stops Peroz and says there is a serious problem detected in heart examination. She tells him about Meera. They show the reports to senior doctor. She says the heart problem runs in her family. Senior suggests the treatment. Abhay sees Madhvi hurt. He asks are you fine. She says I m fine. He makes her sit. He says I m giving you a painkiller injection, you are in pain, don’t try to cover up. He asks why are you tolerating this, your husband has beaten you right, he should be ashamed, why are you

Chakravorty says Vikrant started this, we shall end this matter here, we will take the best decision, we need staff in general and ER, Vikrant will give Ansari and Sia to Deepika. Meera’s treatment gets done. Peroz says I told you, everything will be fine. Doctor says congrats, procedure went well, take care. Sundar asks them to call Abhay, he saved him last time. Sia says he is saving someone else right now. Deepika sends her for post op. Isha leaves an audio message for Peroz. She sees Peroz with Meera. Peroz and Meera share a sweet moment. Isha gets upset and goes.

Deepika says Sundar is fine now, we can discharge him. Sundar says I like Abhay more than Ansari. Sia says he will get angry if he hears this. Ansari turns to her. Deepika comes to her cabin. Suman says they are serving you since many years, they will always serve you. Everyone asks for one more chance to serve them. The people look on. A procession passes. Pandit ji blesses Pandyas. The flowers fall over Gautam, wearing the Pandya store banner in his cap. Pandya asks Dhara how is she. She says I m fine, you didn’t tell me about the Bhandara. He says it will happen always. She says we will provide the grains like every year, tell us, when shall we send the grains. Pandit/Mahant smiles seeing the store.
