Bigg Boss OTT 3 delivered a season full of drama, entertainment, and excitement, capturing the audience’s attention. The season concluded successfully on August 2, 2024, with Sana Makbul taking home the trophy. However, her victory has received mixed reactions from netizens and former contestants. Meanwhile, fellow contestant Naezy has been earning praise for his journey on the show. In an interview, the rapper opened up about his plans to create another biopic about his life.
During the candid conversation, we asked the Bigg Boss OTT 3 first runner-up about his intentions to make a new biopic. Naezy, also known as Naved Shaikh, shared that he is planning to meet with directors and conduct meetings to discuss this project. He emphasized, “Meri story mujhe pata hai aur bahut interesting story hai. Isko main creatively aur alag tareeke se kaam karna chahunga. Mere inputs rahenge usmein (I know my story, and it is a very interesting story. I would like to work on it creatively and in a different way. My inputs will be there in it).”
Referring indirectly to Gully Boy as a fictionalized account of his life, Naezy explained, “Ab film banegi toh dhamakedaar rahegi. Usme sab kuch rahega lekin usme sachai rahega (Now the film will be a blockbuster. It will have everything, but it will have the truth).” The rapper mentioned that the details in the movie would be presented in a controlled manner and expressed confidence that his audience would appreciate the authenticity of his biopic.
In the same discussion, we asked Naved about which actor he would like to see portray him in the biopic. After giving it some thought, Naezy admitted that he had limited knowledge of actors and hinted that he might take on the role himself in the biographical film.
For those unfamiliar, Gully Boy, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, is inspired by the lives of Indian street rappers DIVINE and Naezy. Although the film was a major hit, Naezy has claimed that it had a negative impact on his life. During his time on Bigg Boss OTT 3, the rapper expressed dissatisfaction with Gully Boy and shared his desire to create his own film about his life story.
