The episode starts with Raghu worrying about arranging 5 lakhs for Shivani’s operation. Ward boy who had listened to Raghu and doctor’s conversation meets Raghu and informs he can arrange 5 lakhs for him, for which he has to do some work for him. He gives Raghu address of another doctor and asks him to meet that doctor. Raghu meets that doctor who says Raghu has to sell his kidney for 5 lakhs, he brainwashes Raghu that he can save Shivani with that money. Raghu agrees and asks when he can get the money. Doctor says he will get it once his kidney is taken out. Raghu agrees.

Ragu comes home tired. Shivani looks at him and asks if he got a job. Raghu says yes. She asks what happened to him. He says he is tired. She starts oil massage on his scalp. Do dil bandhe

ek dori se….. song plays in the background. Shivani says she used to massage her daaju whenever he was tired, and he used to feel good. Raghu says even he is feeling relaxed. He goes to freshen up. Raghu’s phone rings. Shivani picks the call and doctor on the other side informs that Raghu’s all tests are normal and his operation is tomorrow. Shivani asks Raghu why is he undergoing operation. Raghu says it must be her doctor who was informing about her operation and goes out to speak to the doctor. Doctor again informs that his kidney removal operation can happen tomorrow. Raghu says he will come there tomorrow. Raghu gets relaxed that babyji did not listen properly.

Shivani thanks god for allowing her to serve Raghu, Raghu getting a job, and they both getting a house. She prays not to make them sorrow again.

Raghu reaches hosptial. Nurse gies gown for Raghu to wear. Raghu takes the gown. Shivani on the other side picks Raghu’s clothes to wash them and finds hospital slip in his pants. She thinks her operation is in another hospital, then why Raghu is keeping this slip. She calls hospital’s receptionist and asks about Raghu, just then doctor comes there and asks if Ragu has come. Receptionist says he has come and is in operation theater now. Shivani hears their conversation and runs towards the hospital. Raghu on the other side remembers maliksaa’s words that Raghu has to protect Shivani till his last breath. Raghu sleeps on the operation theater. Shivani comes on time and enters operation theater. She shockingly sees Raghu on the operation theater.

Shivani takes Raghu to a temple and asks him to promise her that he will not do anything like that hereon, else she will kill herself. Raghu says he will not let her happen anything and can even die to protect her. Shivani says then she will leave her and go. Raghu says he will die 100 times if anything happens to her. Shivani says even she cannot see him risking his life, if he would have done the same if he was in her place. She says he believes god and fate that fate will not separate them easily. She will not leave him easily. Do dil bandhe…. song plays in the background. She asks Raghu to promise her not to take extreme step like this again. Raghu asks then how will he arrange so much money. Shivani says they will find a way and god will help them. She then hugs Raghu. Do dil bandhe… plays in the background. Raghu remembers doctor telling 20 lakhs is needed for operation and then Shivani asking a promise not to risk his life.
