The Episode starts with Dr. Reddy calling Palak to a restaurant and tells that Rithvik blackmailed him after catching him with a woman and forces him to approve the medicine. He says he approved it to save his family. Palak tells that she will not let him launch the medicine. Rohit comes to Sethu’s magazine office and return her ID card. He tells that his friend Rithvik was expecting someone else and kissed you. Sethu says it was not me, but my friend. She scolds him. Rohit introduces himself. Sethu’s boss asks about the pictures of the party. Rohit helps her with the pics. Rithvik is back home and tells that the medicine will be future of Noon biotics. Rohit comes back and joins them. He asks Samar to take Rithvik’s sister soon.

Palak tells Sethu that Rithvik must be happy as his medicine

is approved, and asks her when he is launching medicine. Sethu says she doesn’t know and tells that Rohit invited her for the small party at Noon’s house. She says she will not go and become second Aarohi. Palak asks her to go and befriend him and get the launch date info. Rithvik flirts with two girls in the party. The girls’ parents argue with each other about him. Rithvik invites both of them for a party and says I can handle you both. Girls say he is so cute. Rohit tells Rithvik that one day he will be beaten and asks how can he flirt with many girls. Old lady comes and says someone special came for Rohit. Rithvik goes to call Sethu. Sethu talks to him and tries to inquire about the drugs. He tells her about the launch date. Sethu says she need to go now and leaves. Rithvik asks why didn’t you introduce her to me. Rohit says you will not leave her then. She comes back to Palak and tells her about the launch date.

Mamta asks Dadi to have medicine. Dadi says she will take tablets made by their company. Mamta says it is not launched and asks her to take old medicines. Once Mamta goes, Dadi takes their company’s tablets. Ranjan’s daughter talking to Rithvik. Mamta asks them to go as their father is calling them. She then scolds Rithvik for flirting with them. They find Dadi unconscious and take her to hospital. The doctor tells that she told that she took your company medicine. They get shocked.
