Episode starts with…..
Bani’s mother is very excited about Bani’s acceptance. She immediately calls her friend and says “Sumitra, Bani had accepted to get married. I am very happy now. You have told me about some proposal right. Shall we talk with them?”
Sumitra on the other end says “What, did she decided to get married? I am so happy Ritu. I will call them and inform about Bani.” With this she ends the call.
Ritu Sharma(Bani’s mother) turns back and finds Bani’s father lost in his thoughts. She understands that he is still in dilemma about Bani’s sudden change of decision. She walks to him and places her hand on his shoulder which brings him back into his senses. Ritu says “Samrat, I know you are still confused on Bani’s change in her decision. But I feel she has taken the best decision to move on. We can’t see our daughter suffering like this. She wants to move on in her life. I have already spoken with my friend about her alliance. She might call me to inform about their decision.” Samrat Sharma(Bani’s father) sighs at her in hope.
At Veer’s residence:
Anita Singhania (Veer’s mother) is very happy that Veer had accepted to get married. She walks to a room and finds Balwant Singhania (Veer’s father) over there. It is a library and he is busy in reading something. As soon as Anita reaches there, Balwant’s attention moves to her. He slowly places the book in the shelf and comes to her. He says “Anita, what happened that you are very happy? Share it with me so that even I can share your smile.” Anita holds his hand and says “Balwant, he accepted to get married.” Balwant is totally shocked with her words. He stammers and asks “Did you mean that Veer decided to get married ?” Anitha nods at him while tears fill her eyes. Balwant is also emotional and says “Anita, How did he accept? I mean I am very happy for him but I wanted to know whether he is willing with his decision or not because it might affect the future of some other person who will marry him. If he doesn’t accept her to be his wife then what will we do?” Anita hugs him and says “I know Balwant, that you are worried for him but I feel he is ready now. I think he wants to move on in his life. For that to happen he must get married.” Balwant agrees with her. She thinks to call someone.
Anita calls someone and says “Sumitra, Veer agreed to get married. I am very happy now. I want to ask your help in finding a good match.” Sumitra who is also a friend of Anita says “Anita, I am very happy for you. Do you remember our classmate Ritu?. Ritu is searching for a bride groom for her. Her daughter’s name is Bani. Her daughter is 26 now. She has completed her studies in Delhi and returned now. What will you say? Shall I arrange her alliance to Veer?” Anita is in tears and says “Thank you Sumitra, I feel I have called the right person for help. Ritu was my best friend. After college we had dispersed with each other. Please arrange this alliance and we will talk with them.” Anita ends the call and turns to Balwant.
She says “Destiny really unites people even before they meet. It is very surprising that Ritu and I called Sumitra for the alliance. It is quite surprising to believe right?” Balwant nods and says “Oh! You had told me about your best friend Ritu right? I remember her. But why are you talking about destiny now?” Anita smiles and says “Ritu is searching for a bridegroom for her daughter Bani and we are searchind for a bride for our Veer. So what if we both become relatives and get Veer and Bani married?” Balwant gets happy and says “So this is the reason behind your happiness. I hope everything goes well.”
Veer’s POV:
It’s evening. I was in my room looking into the sky out of the window. I was just staring at the moon which had come out slowly along with the stars. Moon’s rays are falling into the room making the atmosphere very cool but I didn’t move from there. It was the place where I had always dreamt to be with her. The one whom I loved to eternity. I still can’t believe that I agreed in getting married. I can’t give her place to any other person. My heart belongs to her….my Mayuri.
Suddenly I felt a hand placed on my shoulder and I know who it was. Tapish, my younger brother. He is happy guy. He always loves to love people. He always stands by me. He is elder to me in his thinking. I can always share my pain with him. He is my pillar.

Veer turns back and finds Tapish over there. Tapish hugs him and says “Bhai, I have heard that you agreed for getting married. I am so happy Bhai.” Veer breaks the hug and says “How did you get to know chote?” Tapish then says “Maa told me about it Bhai. I am very happy for you. I always wanted this to happen. It’s good that you are trying to forget Mayuri.” Veer looks at him in shock. Tears fill his eyes after listening to his words. He turns back and says “I will never forget Mayuri, I love her very much. She is my soul.” Tapish consoles him and says “But Bhai, after getting married you will have to forget her and start a new life with your partner. You should accept her into your heart.” Veer get angry and says “Enough! I will not let anyone come into my heart. If they try to do it then I will hate them instead.” Tapish gets worried for him. Anita comes there and says “Veer and Tapish, what are you both doing together?”
Tapish says “Maa, we were just talking with each other.” Anita says “Just now I got a call from my friend about an alliance for your Bhai. We must go there tomorrow to meet them. You should accompany your Bhai.” Tapish nods at her and says “Yes Maa, I will accompany my Bhai. I will cancel all the meetings which I have tomorrow.” Veer stops him and says “Chote, no need to cancel your meetings for me. It is not very important than them. I can go alone.” Tapish declines and says “Bhai, from last three years you have stopped coming to the office. I have took the responsibilities from then. Now, I am thinking to take some rest. I will come with you tomorrow and that’s final.” He convinces and Veer agrees. Anita smiles seeing them and leaves.
At Bani’s house:
Bani is in her room looking outside the window.
Bani’s POV:
These three years changed my life completely. My life and the dreams I dreamt were all scattered. I lost my hopes on myself. I stopped living my life as those memories which I had with him were still haunting me. He promised me to always stay with me but he left me. I trusted him but he cheated me. I am scared to even trust anyone now but what to do. For the last three years Papa was very supportive to me. He gave me some time to get through my past. But until when will I run from the world. I agreed for this marriage for my father’s happiness. Why should I hurt my parents when the one who left me is enjoying his life? But I loved him very much. It is difficult for me to forget him this earlier. What if the person whom I am getting married is like him? Can I start a new life with him?
All these thoughts are killing me very much. Jai.. Why did you do this with me? Why did you left me? Why did you pretend to be loving me?

Ritu comes to the room and finds Bani looking out of the window. She thinks “I know Bani that you are in utter pain. I wish to hug you and reduce all your pain. I wish to make you sleep in my laps so that you can feel peace at least for some time. I wish I could tell you how much I love you. But I know you are angry with me.” She slowly walks towards her and tries to keep her hand on Bani’s shoulder. Just then Bani turns back and gets shocked to see her mother over there. Ritu takes her hand back. Bani smirks lightly and moves back. Ritu turns back and says “Tomorrow few people are coming for the alliance. I hope you will get ready for it.” Bani says “I had always been alone since childhood. I have done all my works myself so no need to tell me anything. I don’t want any suggestions from you.” Ritu gets teary eyed and says “I know it very well.” Her voice indicates that she is on the verge on bursting into tears. Bani wonders about it and looks at her mother through the mirror placed in front of her. She gets shocked to see tears in her eyes. She is about to speak when Ritu leaves from there. Bani is still in shock.
Bani lays on the bed but sleeping was not that easy for her as she knows that tomorrow will be a very big thing for her. She thought to move on but her past will always haunt her. The moments she spent with him will always remain in her. She shuffles on her bed but fails to sleep. Tears continuously flow from her eyes which indicate her pain. She loved him but he left her and her love. As the night follows she slowly jumps into her sleep.
At Veer’s house:
Veer is standing by the window looking at the stars. He knows that he will never be happy with his step of getting married. He can never give her place to some other person. Even the thought of staying with some other person in same room is killing him. He wonders what will happen with this new turn in his life.
It’s morning, sunrays fall into the room making it shine brighter. Veer gently opens his eyes and wakes up. He is tensed and depressed for the day as it is going to be a new turn in his life which will be very difficult for him. Suddenly there is a knock on the door and Veer opens the door and finds his mother standing at the door with some dress. He could clearly see the happiness on his mother’s face but at the same time he was scared knowing the reason behind her happiness. Anita comes inside the room and says “Good morning, Veer. Here is your dress. Get ready and come down. We all are waiting for you.” Saying this she left the room. She didn’t knew how much pain her son is suffering right now. Veer took the dress and looked at it. It was a black suit of three pieces. His eyes went wide seeing this. Tears started rolling down his cheeks as some memories of her started recollecting in him.
Flashback starts :
“Veer wear this suit for me. You will look very dashing in this” She said. Veer hugs her from behind and says “Ofcourse I will wear it, anything for you my sweetheart. But tell me how do you know about all the things I like?” She turns towards him and says “Because, I Love you and all your likings are my likings as well.” Saying this she hugged him. Veer holds her head with tears in his eyes and says “I love you too Mayura.”
Flashback ends…..
Veer wipes his tears and says “I love you Mayura.” He gets ready and comes down. Anita and Balwant get happy to see him. Tapish hugs him and says “Bhai, you are looking very handsome. I am damn sure that the girl will fall for your beauty the moment she looks at you.” Veer doesn’t react anything to his words. They get into their cars and start to the destination. Veer was silent during the ride and all that he could hear was the sounds of his parents talking.
They reached their destination. As soon as Veer got down he could see that two people were greeting them. He taught that those two people were the bride’s parents. Wait…! She is not a bride. We just came to see her. She can never be my bride.
They all entered the house. It was a lavish house with beautiful interior designs. Veer’s dream was to become an architect. He looked around the house and found those designs beautiful. He could sense few feelings through those designs. Samrat(Bani’s father) notices his stare and says “Dear, these designs were designed by my daughter. She loves architecture.” Veer smiles at him and sits on the sofa.
Veer’s Pov:
I smiled at him when he said that those words that those designs were made by her. I still don’t know her name as it wouldn’t affect me anyway. I sat down on the sofa with my parents and Tapish was sitting opposite to me. I heard my mother saying “Shall we see her?” indicating the girl’s mother.
Just then that lady got up and said “I will bring Bani.” and she left. So her name is Bani but why am I focusing on that. I could see my father and her father talking about something. With each passing second my heart was getting heavier. I miss you Mayuri. I wish that incident didn’t took place. My eyes were filled with tears but I managed to control them. I still don’t want to see her….Bani.
Suddenly some footsteps came towards us indicating that she entered. I didn’t move my head which would make me see her. I don’t want to see her. I can’t let her come into my life as I always loved my Mayuri and I can’t imagine anyone in her place. My mother asked me to see her face but I didn’t move my head. Just then I heard Bani’s mother saying “I think they both are very shy. We should give them some privacy.” I was angry at her words which were agreed by my parents. That asked me to go with her and talk with her.
I was angry and hurt at the same time. When I didn’t want to see her face then how can I even talk with her?
Her mother asked her to take me to her room. I could notice that she stood on her feet after some time and waited for me to get up. I still didn’t see her face and got up when my mother asked me. I followed her to her room with tears in my eyes and reluctance in my walk.
