Sanchi:A warm welcome to everyone present here…..Ladies & gentlemen, today,i.e.18th Oct,2017, is the Annual Day of our school….”The Elite School of Kanchians”…..& co-incidentally, this time its on the day before Diwali, the festival of lights….So, I want to give a big thanks to everyone present here….& hamare iss function ko chaar chaand lagane, we have amongst us one of India’s leading industrialists, who’s the chief guest of the evening……Mr.Vikram Singhania …& his wife Mrs.Kritika Singhania, who have come all the way from Delhi to attend our school function…Sir..Ma’am..we’re really grateful to u for taking out some time from ur busy schedule & coming here on our request……(audience clap..)…….Mr. Singhania, I would request u to kindly come to the stage & say some words….Sir plz….
Mr.Singhania:Thank u so much……Now, ladies & gentlemen, I’m really grateful to this school’s authorities for inviting me….isi bahane I could reminisce & live my childhood once more….& I’ve a request, plz don’t treat me like any guest….I’ve come here to enjoy & live the moment….that’s all…..Thank you……
Isha: Thank u so much Mr.Singhania……(guys, there’s some more speeches regarding the school…but I won’t include it coz it’ll become too long….)…
Pragya:So ladies & gentlemen, without wasting any more time, let us start the programme….Our first performance is…a dance performance to be presented to u by Rushi, Palak, Ashnita, Smiley & Yaashi….
They performed a semi-classical tandav dance on the song Bolo Har Har Har(from the movie Shivaay)….
Veer:That was a splendid performance by the group….so, our next act….thats a surprise act for u & even our children….coz, they will be given a topic on the spot & they will say something on that…which means, they have to pick a chit from the bowl & whatever topic comes out, they have to speak on that…everyone will be given a time duration of 30 sec…so lets start…our participants r Priyanshi, Trisha, Sakash, Sana, Sanjana, Ruhanika, Jo, Amnaa, Divya, Prema & last but not the least, Alia…..So participants…plz come to the stage & take out ur chits from the bowl…(Participants take out their chits & started speaking on their respective topics chosen by them)

The group does a splendid act of bollywhack dance form on the song Pinga(from the movie Bajirao Mastani)….
Sanchi:Amazing performance by our lovely girls….so now, put ur hands together for another amazing performance by our Mitali & our Contortionist Priyanka(Riya)….
Both performed an Aerial silk contemporary dance on the song Kabira from the movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani…
The auditorium was loudly echoing with the sound of applauds given by the audience…
Kabir:That was a super rocking performance by the duo….. So after this brilliant performance, now, put ur hands together for the most awaited, most interesting part of today’s evening…the Ramleela act…but ek naye andaaz….anokhe kirdaaron ke saath…

A girl comes on stage(busy on a call on her phone)…..uff everytime u do the same thing….come fast….Ramleela shuru ho chukka hai…..audience laugh…..
Girl(looking at the audience):oops……Hello(waving her hands)…..I’m Sita…Ram’s wife & female lead of Ramleela skit….Really sorry…..actually, like everytime, the actors r again late…rehearsals r also not properly done…(patting her forehead)….what to do????
Just then someone enters saying Jai Shree Ram…Jai Shree Ram(off course…no points for guessing…he’s none other than Hanuman jee…)(bg song.Jai Hanuman Gyan Gun Sagar)…he acts like touching Sita’s feet…
Hanuman:Sita maiyya….Pailagoo….(he whispers in Sita’s ears)…Sorry I got late…
Sita:Arey not late…in fact u reached before time …..there’s a lot of time in ur entry ….& moreover Ravan hasn’t kidnapped me yet…(audience laugh)….
Now Ravan enters with his minister…
Ravan(laughing loudly)(he stretches his both hands like SRK & looking towards Sita):mh..mh..Ravan ka intezaar toh gyarah mulkon ki police kar rahi hai….but Ravan aaya hai… sirf tere paas..(audience laugh)(Ravan starts dancing on Chennai Express song….)
Hanuman:But u have only one head, where r ur rest 9 heads….
Ravan:In this world of growing inflation, it’s becoming difficult to maintain one head & u r talking about 10 heads!!!….(everyone laugh)
Sita(in an angry tone to Ravan):Hey u Ravan….u r the villain of this Ramleela, not hero….now without wasting any more time, kidnap me & start the Ramleela…
Ravan:I will kidnap u…but on one condition…
Sita:Condition!!!what condition???
Ravan:My condition is, in this Ramleela, Ravan won’t die…(Sita questions why)….Arey my last time dues r not cleared….last time Sanchi ma’am promised me of giving 10 Dairy milk silks…..lekin 10 toh chhodo, I haven’t received one yet….(everyone laugh)….
Hanuman:Sita maiyya…u give me ur orders…..I’ll make papad of this Ravan…Ravan will be over & Ramleela will also end..
Sita(to Hanuman):Shut up…now go & search where r Ram & Laxman….go….
Hanuman:Jai Shree Ram….Jai Shree Ram(& he leaves)
Ravan(to Sita):Now tell me…will I get my Dairy milk silk???…
Sita:Arey yes yes yes…. not only 10…I’ll give u an additional Dairy milk from my side, if u perform well…but first of all start the scene of kidnapping me….(she moves towards a hut like structure)…now u start the scene…(Ravan in disguise of a priest now enters the hut)….
Sita:Nobody is there in the house Munivar…u go ahead to someone else’s house….
Ravan(as priest):U shouldn’t return a priest from ur door empty-handed..(Suddenly Hanuman passes by saying Jai Shree Ram Jai Shree Ram ..shocking Ravan)…
Ravan:ohh zor ka jhatka from Laxman rekha..(everyone laugh)….Now Sita come out fast…(Sita nods negatively….)…ok if before my countdown of 3, u don’t come out then…then….then…..I’ll return back….3….(Sita..saying no)…2…..(Sita…no)….no no…wait…Sita herself comes out towards Ravan…Ravan & Sita left for Lanka waving hands & saying bye to audience….
Timeskip….
Ram enters the scene holding bow & arrow…along with Laxman…
Ram:Who am I & why am I holding this bow & arrow……(yes guys, in my Ramleela act, Ram is a character having the problem of short term memory loss)…
Laxman:ur name is Ram
Ram:but who r u???
Laxman:Ram bhaiyya, I’m ur younger brother Laxman….
Ram:u r my younger bro…..so chotu…tell me…where r we & why we’re here???& if I’m holding this bow & arrow, who & where’s the prey????
Laxman: U came after the deer(swarn mrig) for hunting it..(Ram…yes..now I remember)they hunt the deer..but unfortunately it turns out to be devil Mahrich in disguise of a deer..he said that Ravan tricked them & he took Sita along with him…
Ram(scratching his head):Now who’s this Sita & Ravan…r they siblings????
Laxman(disgusted look):No bhaiyya….no….Sita maiyya is ur wife & Ravan has kidnapped her…now without delaying, lets return to our hut so that we get some clue whether this Mahrich is telling truth or he has done a prank… they return to their hut…
Laxman(tensed & calls out loudly for Sita):Sita maiyya…where r u….Sita maiyya…. they don’t find Sita at home…
Just then Hanuman enters in Dabang style of Salman Khan….(bg song Hud hud dabang….)
Hamuman: Jai Shree Ram ….whats up Ram jee???
Ram(to Laxman):chotu…who is he???
Laxman:Arey he’s ur best friend Hanuman…..
Hanuman:What Ramji…neither u accept my frnd request on facebook nor u reply to my messages…
Ram:Actually its due to network issues…net is too slow naa…..thats why..(everyone laugh)
Hanuman(to Laxman):Lucky bhaiyya, Ravan has taken Sita maiyya to Sri Lanka….
Ram:Ravan has taken Sita to Sri Lanka…..(Laxman nods)…but tell me…who is this Sita & Ravan…
Hanuman:Arey Ramji…Sita maiyya is ur wife & Ravan has kidnapped her…
Ram:then what r we waiting for…lets go & save Sita…
Laxman(frustrated & at top of his voice): I was also saying the same…
Ram:why r u shouting??& who r u???
Hanuman:Ramji….he’s ur younger bro Laxman….now give me ur finger ring…I’ll give it to Sita maiyya…
Ram:why will I give u…I myself will go & give her this ring(everyone laugh)
Laxman:Arey bhaiyya, Hanuman has the power of flying…he’ll cross the sea & give ur ring to Sita maiyya….& u don’t worry about the ring…u can get it back from Sita maiyya when she’ll return….
Ram:Thats a good idea….I like it(he said like Saxena ji of Bhabhiji ghar par hain show)….In that case, take this…(he hands over his ring to Hanuman)

Ram arrives at Lanka with Laxman, Hanuman, Sugreev & his vast vanar sena….
Ram(holding his bow & arrow):Ravan…come out….be a man….come & fight with me…
Laxman:Yes bhaiyya…I’m also with u…
Ram:btw, who r u?????????
Laxman(frustrated):I’m Laxman,ur younger bro….& & & before u forget anything else, let me remind u once again…u are Ram..my Ram Bhaiyya….we have came here to rescue ur wife Sita maiyya from the devil Ravan who kidnapped her….I’m Laxman…, he’s Hanuman(pointing to Hanuman)…he’s Sugreev(pointing towards Sugreev)…& here is our vast Vanar sena, behind u….got it….
Ram:ya ya I know everything…..what do u think…I’m not a bhulakkad likeu all..I’ve a very sharp memory…(everyone laugh)
Ravan enters…& Ram & Ravan fight starts….suddenly Ravan starts running while Ram was chasing him followed by everyone to get hold of Ravan(bg song…Dauda dauda bhaaga bhaaga sa from Chachi 420)…..after running for some time all get tired…Ram has kept his hand on Ravan’s shoulder….
Ram:Can anyone tell me why we’re running???& why I’m here???
Ravan:bcoz u came here for me…
Ram:but why???& who r u???
Ravan:I’m Ravan…& u came here to kill me…….
Ram:But why will I kill u???
Ravan:bcoz I kidnapped Sita….&&& before u question who’s Sita, let me tell u..Sita’s ur wife…
Ram:but why u kidnapped Sita???
Ravan:kyunki mereko abhimaan hai…
Ram:but tumhe abhimaan kyun hai??
Ravan:bcoz of the power given to me by Shankar jee…
Ram:Now who’s this Shankar???
Sugreev:Shree Ram…its Mahadev…Shankar bhagwaan….now Ram jee don’t waste time kill this Ravan….
Ram:Now who’s Ravan????
Ravan(frustrated):Laxman…where is ur arrow???plz give me…(Laxman was confused but still, he hands over an arrow to Ravan)…& Ravan takes the arrow & stabs himself with it(suicide types)….after some time, Sita arrives…& hugs Ram….Ram pushes her….
Ram:who r u maate???do I know u???
Sita(in an angry tone):Maate!!!!!…who maate????I’m ur wife swami…Sita…. u came here to save me from this Ravan….u killed him & saved me…..
Ram:Oh sorry…galti se mistake hogaya…Ravan ka kaam tamaam…that means..Ramleela is over…
Sita:Not yet swami….this Ramleela is going to complete only when we return Ayodhya & celebrate Diwali…
Ram:why Ayodhya…why will we go there????
Laxman(frustrated):Sita maiyya…now u handle ur husband…we’re leaving….Hanumanji,Sugreevji.. lets go….& all left leaving Sita & Ram…
Sita:Swami, our house, our family, everyone is at Ayodhya ….so we have to return to our home & celebrate Diwali with our family….now u understood????
Ram:Yes….lets leave…….& everyone return back to Ayodhya & celebrate Diwali with the entire family….
The auditorium was echoed with the applauding sound of the audience …..
Kabir & Veer enter the stage along with the cast of Ramleela….& thank the audience……so, we want to introduce u the cast of the play…Ramleela….Ram, the Ghajini…played by Niyati….Laxman, Ram ji ke chotu…played by Vrushti……Bajrangbali Hanuman….played by Anee….Mate Sita….played by Abhilasha….Pyara sa,sweet sa Ravan….played by Niyaa…..Vanar raj Sugreev….played by Dhruti…..Mahrich, disguised as the swarn mrig….played by Neha…..all participants left….
Sanchi, Isha, Pragya, Kabir & Veer on stage……thanking everyone & applauding for the audience …..
Sanchi:So, Ladies & Gentlemen…we’re really grateful to everyone…Thank u a lot for ur presence & ur support …..& Mr.& Mrs. Singhania….this is a token of our appreciation for u….& they hand over a shawl & a momento to them…
Mr.Singhania:Thank u a lot for this lovely evening…I would be really glad if u accept this….(forwarding a cheque towards Sanchi, while Sanchi’s not ready to take the cheque) …plz don’t consider this as a charity..consider this as my gift for development of this school…

So, this was my gift to my Kanchi family & friends on the eve of Diwali(sorry…kaan pakadke, if I left to add anyone from our kanchi family member in this episode)……Hope u all would have enjoyed this…..Sorry haan…thoda zyada lamba hogaya….&&& guys…sorry in advance…I won’t be able to post my nxt chapter for abt a week or so coz of some personal reasons(ok ok…actual reason is, my bro & bhabhi r coming, so a lot of guests would be coming…in short house would be filled with guests….sorry for this…I hope u’ll surely understand & bear with this) & forgive ur silly chatterbox frnd cum sis of urs….
