Tejo reached Simran’s house with Candy holding her hand. She rang the doorbell and Simran opened the door and smiled on seeing Tejo at her doorstep. Tejo hugged Simran and greeted her. Candy excitedly showed the Tennis Ball to Simran and told her that his Mami gifted that ball to him. Meanwhile, Tejo’s eyes fell on the Rakhis kept on the table. She picked them up and looked at Simran. Simran told Tejo that how she has been missing Fateh and Amrik on every Raksha Bandhan and has been missing the entire family so dearly from the past ten years. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she narrated her sad ordeal. Oh! How helpless she felt on having to live her life secretly, away from her family and how it pained her heart on lying to her own mother and siblings. Simran confessed that with Rakhi just round the corner, she had herself made the Rakhis for her brothers. She knew that she would not be able to tie these Rakhis on her brothers’ wrist but making the Rakhi was the least she could do. Tejo wiped Simran’s tears and insisted her to reveal the truth to her brothers at least. But the latter refused the proposal due to the fear of the consequences. Tejo then assured her that these Rakhis would definitely adorn her brothers’ wrists, took the Rakhis with herself and bid her and Candy goodbye.

The Sandhus are busy preparing for Raksha Bandhan.
Biji: It will be first Raksha Bandhan for Tejo post wedding. We must not fail in any preparations. This time Tejo will come with her husband to tie Rakhi. I have already invited her to come with Fateh and have lunch with us only on that day.
Jasmin looks on.
Rupy: Satti, do you want me to accompany you to your maiden home for you to tie Rakhi to your brother?
Satti: I don’t know whether I should go there this time or not….
Biji: But why?
Satti: Biji after whatever Parjaeji did…
Rupy: Have you lost your brain? Relationships do not end so easily and you know what, I personally don’t feel that whatever she said was altogether incorrect. She might be wrong, but her intentions were pure. Whatever she said was for Tejo’s benefit. You hardly ever care for her as your mind is always preoccupied with Jasmin. Biji, Tejo and you have spoilt her to such an extent that being her father, I myself do not trust her completely. Anyways, just let me not divulge into stupid things. You have to tie Rakhi to your brother and sister in law on Raksha Bandhan and you should mend your relationship with them. I will come with you.
Satti (sadly): Okay.
Jasmin hears it all and runs upstairs and locks herself in her room and tears her dupatta and mumbles with tears in her eyes that she will not forgive Tejo and Mami for making her a villian in front of her family.

Tejo returns home. Everyone enquiries for her health and she assures them all of being fit. She goes to her room and realises that Fateh is still not back home. She goes to freshen up herself, changes her clothes and prepares dinner. Then she decides to call everyone to have food. She goes inside Mahi’s room and sees that Mahi and Amrik are remembering their childhood memories, how Simran used to make Rakhi from her own hands and would playfully scold Amrik for teasing Mahi and would side with both of them in every decision. They miss her and recall how Fateh would always cling around Simran. Gurpreet and Dadi passes by and overhear their conversation and become teary eyed and confide into Tejo that like Amrik and Mahi, even they terribly miss Simran. Tejo decides that she would reunite the family. She asks them all to have dinner. The Virks sit to have dinner while Fateh arrived late. Khushbeer scolds him for being late and he apologizes. Tejo serves everyone food and says that she is planning to go to market the next day to buy Rakhis. Dadi, Gurpreet and Mahi decide to join her to do their own part of shopping. She asks Fateh to drop them all but he blatantly refuses and explains that he has lots of work pending in the Academy and won’t be available. Everyone insists but he states that he need to complete the files and finalize the deal with investor before Rakhi. He asks Amrik to drive them all to the market, who first refuses but later agrees. Tejo further reveals that Sandhya have invited Fateh and her for lunch on Raksha Bandhan. Dadaji states that they the Virk’s will celebrate Raksha Bandhan in the evening and hence asks them to have dinner at the Virk Mansion only. Tejo agrees and asks Fateh to not deny from accompanying her on the occasion. Fateh thinks that he would get an opportunity to meet Jasmin and therefore agrees. Tejo gets happy.
Post dinner, Tejo decides to reveal Simran’s truth to Fateh. Back in her room, she tries to talk to him, but he tells that he is too tired to have a word with her and goes to sleep.
The next morning, Tejo finds Fateh missing. She asks for him from Amrik who states that he left early. Tejo thinks that she was unable to tell Fateh about Simran. She feels sad on thinking that Fateh arrives late and leaves early these days and does not give time to her. Thinking so, she goes to take a bath.

Abhiraj calls Mahi and asks whether she would visit college today. Mahi denies and says that it is Rakhi tomorrow and she is going to do shopping. He asks whether she needs his help. Mahi asks him to arrange today’s lecture notes for her, laughs and hangs up the phone.

Post breakfast, the Virk ladies get ready to go to the market. They all sit in the car and Mahi teases Amrik by calling him a driver. Within next three hours, they all return to the parking where Amrik is waiting for them and he gets shocked in seeing so many bags in the ladies’ hands. He asks them hadn’t they gone to do Rakhi shopping. They all answer in chorus ‘yes’. He comments that it seems that they have emptied all the shops of the Pind. Tejo jokes that yes the shops here aren’t left with anything to sell, that is why they will visit the adjoining Pind now and do shopping there. Mahi asks what does she mean. To which Tejo replies that the adjoining pind where she teaches small kids, a mother of one of her student wishes to meet my in-laws. So why don’t you all meet her once? Gurpreet and Dadi reluctantly agree and they all sit in the car and Amrik drives them to Simran’s village. Tejo takes them all to Simran’s house and presses the doorbell. She thinks that now the family would reunite. Candy opens the door and calls out Simran and says, “Maa, Mami aayi hain.” Everyone gets shocked to hear that. Simran comes and sees the Virks. They all stand stunned while Simran stands teary eyed.
