Mishka is about to inject poison in Deepika’s saline bottle when Ragini enters and stops her. Mishka escapes nervously. Ragini notices her finger ring and recalls that the same woman had locked Ragini and Chandu in a store room. She starts crying in fear. Chandu tries to calm Ragini down as she cries. Ragini tells her that she saw someone mixing something in the saline bottle and that she had seen the same ring in a woman’s hand who had locked them in a store room. Concerned, Chandu informs Chirag that Ragini noticed a nurse in Deepika’s cabin. However, Chirag assures them that he knows everyone in the hospital. He consoles them and takes them inside the cabin.
That night, Chirag stays in the cabin with Deepika and Ragini, while Chandu looks after Deepika. Mishka sneaks
Deepika is finally discharged and returns home with her daughters and Chirag. Lavanya insists that Deepika must take complete rest and prepares soup for her. Ragini and Chandu lovingly feed Deepika, and soon, Neelima arrives to take them for breakfast. Before leaving, Chandu entrusts Deepika’s care to Chirag. Chirag gently tells Deepika to be quiet and lets him take care of her, feeding her the soup himself. The family watches this moment from outside the room, touched by the scene.
Ragini and Chandu refuse to go to school, worried about their mother’s health. Chirag reassures them that everyone will take good care of Deepika. Lavanya takes this moment to remind Chirag that he has finally acknowledged Ragini as Deepika’s daughter and hopes that he will soon accept Chandu as his own.
Meanwhile, Mishka discusses her next plan with the goons, who demand more money for their work. She is determined to win. On the other hand, Janvi, frustrated with Mishka’s failures, starts planning to move to London. Prithvi tries to stop her, but she insists that no one cares about her or her baby, so she will leave. When Deepika visits Janvi with some homemade ladoos, Janvi coldly ignores her. Deepika notices the packed bags in the room and senses that something is happening between Janvi and Prithvi.
Later, Chirag takes Ragini and Chandu to school. The principal asks him to meet her in the office to discuss the school’s medical room. Meanwhile, the goons inform Mishka that the children have arrived, and they proceed with their plan. They knock Vaishali Ma’am unconscious while Chandu and Ragini change into their school uniforms, unaware of the looming danger. As they search for Vaishali Ma’am, Chandu gets separated. The goons corner him, but he fights back, hitting them with a flower vase. He urges Ragini to run, but she refuses to leave him. The goons chase them through the school, and just as they reach the principal’s office, Mishka appears and grabs them.
Precap: Intoxicated Chirag tells Mishka that he will get the DNA test done and prove Deepika that Chandu is not his daughter. Later, anxious Mishka tries to change the DNA report when Chirag catches her red-handed.
