After examining Chandni, the doctor informs Deepika that her baby’s heartbeat is irregular and immediate hospitalization is necessary. Deepika anxiously awaits further updates. The doctor reveals that Chandni’s condition is critical and requires urgent surgery, advising Deepika to deposit ₹5 lakhs immediately so they can call senior surgeon Dr. Kejriwal.
Shivani considers calling Lavanya for help but hesitates, recalling how Chirag humiliated Deepika. Meanwhile, Baldev informs Siddharth about the situation. Dr. Kejriwal contacts Siddharth, asking him to perform the surgery as he is unavailable. Siddharth promptly arrives at the hospital and assures Deepika of his support. Chirag also arrives and decides to proceed with the surgery, but the junior doctor reminds him that the required funds haven’t been deposited. Determined to save Chandni, Chirag hands over his ATM card to cover the expenses, emphasizing the medical oath to prioritize saving lives over financial considerations.
When Deepika approaches the reception to deposit the money, the junior doctor informs her that the operation has already started and she doesn’t need to pay. Relieved, Deepika prays for Chandni’s recovery. After the surgery, the doctor reassures her that Chandni is out of danger. The nurse brings Chandni to Deepika, who expresses her gratitude to Chirag, but he coldly humiliates her in front of everyone, insisting that she should never refer to her baby as his child. He then walks away. Later, Chirag, overcome with emotion, calls Mishka for comfort. Observing Deepika and Siddharth together, Mishka seizes the opportunity to manipulate Chirag, persuading him to move on and marry her. Chirag, in his conflicted state, agrees to the marriage. Meanwhile, Lavanya grows suspicious about who might be plotting to take her baby. Chirag hands Ragini to Lavanya, stating he needs to leave. Lavanya, however, begins to worry about Chirag’s behavior and is determined to reconcile Chirag and Deepika within a month.
That evening, Siddharth brings food for Deepika as she sits crying alone for Chandni. Deepika urges Siddharth to rest, concerned about his health after his recent chemotherapy. Chirag sees them together, sharing a quiet meal, and becomes emotionally distraught. The next morning, Mishka prepares for her wedding, convinced she has defeated Deepika. Chirag also gets ready but remains conflicted, torn between his lingering feelings for Deepika and his resolve to move on. As he debates his decision, Chirag tells Ragini he must marry Mishka, but Ragini tries to stop him. Despite the stormy weather, Chirag arranges for a nurse to care for Ragini before heading toward his uncertain future.
