Lavanya announces Prithvi and her business associate’s daughter Nikita’s engagement. Family is shocked to hear that. Business associate says he thinks they came at a wrong time seeing family’s reaction. Lavanya says not at all and asks Neelima to take them for breakfast. Once business associate’s family walks away, Prithvi asks how can she fix his alliance with any random girl when he loves Jahnvi. Lavanya says she is setting his life as she knows what is best for him as a mother. Prithvi says he loves Jahnvi. Lavanya says he got obsessed with Ms Rajasthan seeing her pics, now he can get obsessed with Ms Dubai. Prithvi says he truly loves Jahnvi and will not marry anyone else.

Lavanya slaps him for saying so and emotionally blackmails saying he shall see her dead face if he dare tries to elope and marry Jahnvi. Neelima, Omkar, and Ashutosh ask her not to say so. Lavanya whatever she does is for the betterment of family and says Ashutosh was dating someone when she chose Neelima on her FIL’s request, isn’t Ashutosh happy with Neelima. Neelima asks what shall she tell guests as they are asking about us. Lavanya says Prithvi will get engaged to Nikita or else he will see her dying soon and asks family join the guests for breakfast.
Omkar tells Chirag that he tried his best to convince Lavanya, now only Chirag can convince his mother. Chirag walks to Lavanya and tries his best to convince her for Prithvi and Jahnvi’s marriage, but Lavanya as usual overpowers him. Prithvi breaks down. Deepika and Chirag try to comfort him. Shobha calls Prithvi. Prithvi asks Deepika to inform her mother that he is going to get engaged to someone else and walks away. Deepika picks Shobha’s call. Shobha tells Prithvi that she didn’t get her mother’s call yet. Deepika says it’s her and Lavanya fixed Prithvi’s engagement somewhere else. Shobha and Manorama curse her. Chirag warns them not to insult his wife. They both curse even him. Deepika tells Chirag that for the first time, she is unable to understand him as he is not trying his best to protect his brother’s happiness. Drama continues…
