Deepika tells Chirag that she is unable to understand him for the first time and thinks they are not in a same team. Manorama comforts crying Shobha after hearing a news that Lavanya is getting Prithvi’s engagement somewhere else. Jahnvi thinks Lavanya can’t dump her like this, she will take a revenge. Lavanya walks to crying Prithvi and asks him to wash his face and come out for the engagement. Prithvi says he can’t even cry without her permission in this house and walks to washroom. Lavanya thinks she is doing all this for his better future as she is his mother.

Lavanya asks Prithvi to exchange ring with Nikita. Prithvi does same and completes engagement with her. Lavanya congratulates her business associates. Business associate thanks Lavanya and Omkar for making him part of their family. Lavanya asks Prithvi to go on a long drive with Nikita and sends him away. Prithvi helplessly leaves. Deepika tries to convince Lavanya to think about Prithvi’s happiness. Lavanya warns her to stay away, calls her a weed in her garaen of family whom she wants to throw away, and says she just wants to protect Prithvi from Deepika and her sister. Chirag notices Lavanya insulting Deepika.
Jahnvi notices Prithvi driving his car with Nikita and follows them. Saloni feels bad for Prithvi and says she will not fight with him again. Payal says she should make him feel normal as he is in deep pain. Omkar confronts Lavanya for getting Prithvi forcefully engaged and not seeking his opinion before that. Lavanya says she knows what she is doing and doesn’t need anyone’s opinion, she alone will do everything. Neelima says she need not do anything alone until she is there and asks family to support Lavanya. Family agrees. Deepika continues to confront Chirag for not supporting Prithvi. Chirag thinks whatever happened is best for Prithvi, recalling Jahnvi’s heinous acts. Deepika says Prithvi deeply loves Jahnvi and only he can change Jahnvi’s life for good and continues to put emotional pressure on Chirag.
