Deepika informs Lavanya that Chirag has been shot, leaving the family in shock. At the hospital, Deepika reveals that Chirag took a bullet meant for her and is now in critical condition. The family prays for his recovery while the inspector vows to catch Mishka. Deepika senses someone lurking in the corridor, unaware that Mishka, disguised as a nurse, has come to kill Chirag.
Mishka, obsessed with Chirag, attempts to stab him, but Deepika intervenes just in time. A fierce struggle ensues, and Deepika calls for help. Prithvi arrives with the police, who arrest Mishka. Lavanya slaps Mishka and condemns her for endangering Chirag and his daughters. Mishka, unrepentant, insists that no one understands her love, laughing maniacally as the police take her away.
Chirag remains unconscious, but the doctor later informs the family that he is stable. Deepika stays by his side as Chirag regains consciousness. Fearing losing her, he confesses his love and reminisces about their Karwachauth moment, asking for a return gift.
