Deepika hears Manorama blackmailing Mishka and demanding 10 lakhs from her. She confronts Manorama and asks why she was blackmailing Mishka and demanding 10 lakhs from her. Manorama yells that it’s none of her business, family lost 50 crores deal because of her and she is questioning about 10 lakhs, she should stay away or else she will complain against her to Lavanya. Deepika says she is not afraid of anyone as she knows she is right and she will not let Manorama blackmail Miskha. She leaves to meet Mishka. Lavanya hears their conversation and thinks what this girl is so confident about, she needs to find out.

Mishka eagerly waits for Manorama at the backside of the hospital. Deepika reaches her and asks why Manorama is blackmailing her. Mishka says grandma is old and

needs money for her daily expenses, so she was helping Manorama. Deepika says Manorama’s family is there to take care of her, there must be some other reason. Mishka says she gave a drug overdose to a patient while paying more attention to Jahnvi but saved him, she later apologised patient’s family and offered them money to save hospital’s reputation, Manorama saw that and is blackmailing to expose her. Deepika assures her not to get afraid of Manorama and call her if Manorama tries to trouble her again.

Lavanya watches them from a distance and when she is unable to understand what they are discussing about walks to them, gets Mishka into car, and drives away. She questions Mishka what was Deepika talking about. Mishka thinks Chirag’s family women are so dumb, Lavanya herself is falling in her trap. She lies to Lavanya that Deepika was insisting her to convince Chirag to leave Lavanya’s house. Lavanya gets more angry and starts her looney behavior. She returns home, carries a bat, and frightens to hit Deepika. She hits water mugs on a dining table instead and shouts at Deepika for marrying Chirag without her consent, making 50 crore losses in business, and now trying to take Chirag away from the family. Deepika tries to speak, but Lavanya continues her looney behavior.

Mishka in her hospital cabin thinks Looney Lavanya must have finished Deepika by now. Manorama walks in with a bag and asks her to fill it with 10 lakh rs. Mishka asks her to sit while she arranges cash and walks away. Manorama rejoices thinking her plan is working. Wardboy offers her tea. She finishes it. Mishka walks in and asks where to fix Manorma’s her to get ready to die as she get a heart attack in 30 minutes as she spiked her tea.  Manorama pleads to save her. Mishka deletes video from Manorama’s mobile and says she was just lying. Manorama tries to attack her. Mishka warns her of dire consequences if she messes up with her again and orders he to get out or else she will kick her out. Manorama walks away fuming.

Next day, Mishka visits Lavanya with Chirag’s favorite coffee to provoke Lavanya more against Deepika. Chirag with Deepika walks to them and gets excited seeing his favorite coffee. Mishka gets jealous seeing him holding Deepika and drops coffee down. Deepika rushes to help her. Lavanya yells at her to stay away and starts cussing her. Chirag asks if she can’t stop cussing Deepika even for a minute. Deepika asks him not to spoil his morning. Chirag says she is right and walks away. Mishka succeeds in provoking Lavanya’s looney nature. She later tells Deepika that she can help her get pregnant soon. Deepika gets happy hearing that and agrees to do whatever she says. Drama continues..
