Mishka predicts that Deepika will not sleep through the night as her pain has already begun. She claims Deepika won’t be able to endure it. Deepika feels uneasy whole night. Next morning, Baldev questions Deepika about her concern, and Deepika confesses she is unwell but needs to deliver an order to an old client. She asks Baldev to help her persuade Chandni and expresses a desire to visit the old Savre/god temple. Chandni insists that Deepika rest and volunteers to visit the temple with Baldev instead. Deepika starts coughing and feeling restless. Baldev takes Chandni to the temple. Mishka ominously declares that Deepika will faint within an hour and may never wake up.

Ragini prays at the Savre temple, asking for her mother’s return, as she desperately needs her. Chandni prays to Thakur Ji/god for her father’s immediate arrival, sensing her mother’s need. Pandit ji performs puja. At the temple, Ragini and Chandni recognize each other. Pandit ji invites Ragini forward for the prasad, acknowledging her royal lineage, but Ragini humbly requests it be distributed to others first, asserting equality before Thakur Ji. Lavanya notices that Ragini shares similar traits with Deepika. Chandni is impressed by Ragini’s values.

Lavanya requests Pandit ji to perform a puja in honor of her younger DIL. Chandni shares her Prasad with Ragini. Prithvi carries Ragini, and Neelima tells Janvi she will organize a significant puja if things go well. Janvi taunts the family, bragging that she will bear the Mittal family’s first child. Ragini reminds her that she is the Mittals’ firstborn. Lavanya encourages Ragini to seek Thakur Ji’s blessings and warns Janvi to avoid insulting Ragini. When Janvi spitefully refers to Ragini as an orphan, both Lavanya and Omkar react strongly, prompting Neelima to wonder why they take the insult so personally.

Chirag and Mishka visit a hospital, where Mishka speculates that Deepika must be dead after 12 hours. Deepika, however, arrives at the same hospital to deliver flowers and faints. Chirag notices her and takes her to the emergency room while worrying about his critically ill wife. Deepika is admitted, and Mishka eagerly hopes for her demise. When the nurse requests to sign a patient consent form for treatment, Chirag signs the consent form as Deepika’s husband and agrees to administer the injection. Mishka attempts to interfere, but Chirag dismisses her and focuses on Deepika, who, in a dream, expresses trust in him by holding his hand.

Chirag wakes up to find Deepika’s condition worsening, much to Mishka’s delight. However, the nurse informs Chirag that Deepika is stable and out of danger. Relieved, Chirag asks for regular updates on her condition. Though happy about her recovery, he regrets calling her his wife in the chaos. As Chirag drives away, Mishka, who fails to join him in the car, grows more furious and determined to seek revenge. When Deepika regains consciousness, she asks the nurse about her condition and her rescuer. The nurse credits Dr. Akhil for saving her, leading Deepika to believe she had only been dreaming about Chirag.

Precap: Ragini tells Lavanya that her Savre mamma looks Savre like her and calls Savre mamma. Deepika walks to her. Lavanya feels happy seeing that and hopes to reunite the family.
