Renowned actress Divyanka Tripathi, known for her remarkable performances, recently surprised fans with a candid glimpse into her recovery journey post-surgeries. In an exclusive interview with Times Now/Telly Talk India, she shared further insights into this transformative phase of her life.
Reflecting on her decision to undergo surgery, Divyanka revealed, “There came a point last year when I had some free time. That’s when I made the choice to undergo a surgery that had been pending for a long while. Though I initially planned to keep it discreet, I am quite prone to injuries.”
She emphasized her commitment to recovery, expressing, “Thankfully, I’m feeling much better now. Hence, I decided to share this reel to update my fans on my progress.” During the conversation, the “Yeh Hai Mohabbatein” star detailed the instances of her injuries, stating, “I’ve had ligament tears twice before. The first occurred in 2015 during a rehearsal when I fell off the stage. Although I tended to the fracture, the ligament remained untreated. The second incident happened in 2020 while I was learning boxing, as the ligament was already weakened.”
In a previous discussion, Divyanka disclosed her preparation for her upcoming role in the show “Adrishyam,” mentioning her surgeries to correct ligament tears. Despite facing challenges due to her treatment, the 39-year-old actress remains dedicated to her craft.
