The Episode starts with Sandhya seeing her stitches and hiding it. Meenakshi and Emily are happy with the new maid Bela doing all the work and rejoice along without Bhabho being at home. Emily says Bhabho can make issue when she comes back, and we should ask Bela about her details, its imp. Meenakshi says no, then she will leave us. Ankur calls Sandhya and says he was so worried, why did she take so much time to take call. She says she is fine.
He says doctor asked you to rest so I planned this. He asks her not to lift weight and take care, she might be feeling tired and sleepy, her wound is fresh. She tries diverting him and asks about Ankita. Ankita talks to her and asks her to be away from Sooraj, and tell him the truth if possible, as she has taken a big step this time. Sandhya
Ankita tells Ankur that Sandhya is stubborn. He says she is like this since childhood, this time she did the limit, I told her not to do this and folded hands but she did not think twice and donated the kidney to Bhabho. The FB shows Sandhya getting the tests done and Ankur asking is she mad to do this, she has a big chance and she is giving kidney to Bhabho. He says person can be alive but the boy strength goes, your bravery story will end, you can’t do your job.

She says you know me, I won’t change my decision, he says you want to become great by giving sacrifice for them and go back in that house, I thought you are new generation girl and have broad mentality. She says you feel I m doing this to get Sooraj, I don’t have any such condition, Sooraj and his family does not know I m giving the kidney. Ankur is shocked.
Sandhya says I spoke to doctor to hide this matter, and I will not let anyone know, I will go very far from Sooraj and his family, my love is not bound to any condition, if Ankita needed my kidney, I would have given her too, I love my job but it does not stop me from loving my relations, my family is everything for me, I don’t have anything else. He says so you thought everything and not need my advice.

Its night, Emily and Meenakshi see Bela taking off bad sight from the kids and ask for an explanation. They get glad and ask her to take rest. Bela says she will play with kids. Meenakshi asks Misri where did she get the colors from. Misri says Bela gave it. Meenakshi says don’t bring anyone for them, and asks the rate. Bela says she won’t take money from them as she has spent on kids. They get glad.
Meenakshi says I m very happy as I got this Bela for our work, she is so good. Emily says yes, she is very quick. Meenakshi says she is better than Chaturi. She says she will go and rest. Sandhya sees Sooraj’s pic in her phone and says I love you Sooraj ji, she kisses it. diya aur baati………plays……… she sees Sooraj coming and switches off the light acting like she is sleeping.
Sooraj comes and hugs her, and says she has slept making him restless. He sees his pic in her mobile and smiles. He says I love you Sandhya ji and keeps the phone back. Sandhya looks for her medicines. Chotu says I removed it from your purse, when Sooraj asked for it. She takes the medicines and Chotu leaves. Sooraj asks her to give towel and pulls her close. Sandhya greets Babasa and Bhabho. Babasa asks Sandhya to lift the bag and she is shocked.
