The Episode starts with Abhay bringing Sakshi home. Ritu taunts Ganga. He says Sakshi came to the hospital in a bad condition. He takes her home. Ganga cries. Ritu stops Kriti from burning Ganga’s stall. She says whatever Ganga is doing, I m also troubled, I know Abhay loves someone else, I know that girl, if you love Abhay, then make him patch up with that girl, so that he stays happy, I m with you in this. Kirti says done. Ritu asks her to call Sakshi. Abhay sees Sakshi and holds her.
Sakshi wakes up. She cries and hugs Abhay. She asks why did you save me, I wanted to die, I loved you, when you aren’t in my life, then how will I live. Ritu comes to Ganga and says you have much courage, you opened a food stall to get independent, but no one cares for you, you have no other way now.
Ganga says I have to stay strong. Ritu says you can’t go back to Maayka, you just have one way now, you have to leave. Ganga says this house is temple for me, I will never leave this house. Sakshi says I did a mistake to break up with you. She hugs Abhay.
Kalyani prays. Hema comes. Kalyani says you might be happy seeing my state. Hema says I understand your bitterness, I can never forgive myself, but in this tough time, I m with you, you have to explain Abhay and Ganga with love. Kalyani gets angry. Abhay consoles Sakshi. He does the aid to her wound and asks are you feeling better now. Ganga comes and sees them holding hands.
Abhay stops Sakshi and says she won’t go anywhere, she will stay here. Ganga asks how can she stay here. She lectures Sakshi on the limits of relations. She says I m Ganga, Abhay’s wife, there is no place for a third person. Abhay says she will stay here. Sakshi smiles.

Ganga sees everyone celebrating Karwachauth. Sakshi also comes there. Ritu asks Sakshi will Abhay feed the water to her.
