Star Plus’ Kasautii Zindagii Kay brings a remake of the old show. The remake is adding up really surprising moments in the track and fulfilling the expectations of the audience. Many fans of the show wanted the track to be a bit different from last season. This time, the show is much different in terms of character graph. The story seemed very much replica in the start. The audience got a good dose of drama with the entry of Navin, a negative lead. It was something new and uncommon from the old story. With Komolika’s introduction, the audience expected Anurag and Komolika’s marriage and the same old sobbing heartbreaking never-to-get completed love story of Anurag and Prerna.

Fortunately, the makers have brought a good twist this season. The current track shows Prerna as Anurag’s legally wedded wife. She gets into a strong avatar to claim her rights on Basu family. This wasn’t the case in old Kasautii. This refreshing change in the tale is something wanted by the audience, who want to see the heroine as a strong winning lead. Komolika faces a tough time because of Prerna’s clever planning. The scenes where Komolika suffers get hilarious.
