Doree apologizes to Ganga Prasad for leaving home without informing him. Ganga Prasad reassures her, saying he promised never to leave her under any circumstances and that he will fight anyone to keep her safe. Mansi vows to Doree that she will fight even with God to ensure she stays with Ganga Prasad. Ganga Prasad then asks Satho to take Doree away because he needs to speak with Mansi alone. Mansi inquires about the matter, and Ganga Prasad tells her that the moon is lonely. Ganga Prasad explains that she prayed for her daughter, who was taken from her. Anand had lied to everyone, claiming her daughter had died. Mansi, who gave birth to that daughter, knows she didn’t
Mansi admits she has been living with that pain and that’s why she always tries to help him. She doesn’t want to see Doree separated from him. Ganga Prasad tells her that she has the right to know something important. Just as he is about to reveal that her daughter is alive, Anand attacks him from behind, making him fall. Anand accuses Ganga Prasad of always being around his wife and threatens him to stay away or he will drown him along with his daughter. Anand drags Mansi away as Ganga Prasad moans in pain. Mansi discreetly drops a note for him.
At the same time, Rukmini is determined not to let the Solar Shringar slip from her grasp. She knows she must do something to separate Doree from Ganga Prasad and wonders what Pavitra and Flora are doing in the basti, feeling helpless.
Doree and Satho are playing together when they hear a phone ringing. Meanwhile, Bhairavi helps Ganga Prasad stand and asks who attacked him. Ganga Prasad asks Bhairavi to save a number on his phone. He calls the number, and lawyer Ankita answers. Ganga Prasad introduces himself, and Ankita says Mansi told her everything about the case. Ganga Prasad asks if there is a way to save Doree. Ankita replies that Doree is crucial to the case; the court will listen to her. If Doree is unhappy with the adoption, it can’t proceed. She advises Ganga Prasad to prove he is a good father by enrolling Doree in a good school and fulfilling her needs. When he asks if there is hope, she says they must try. He promises to meet her as soon as possible, and Bhairavi offers to take him home.
Doree finds a phone in Flora’s room. Satho notes it’s very expensive and wonders whose it is. Just as he is about to answer, Flora snatches it from him, accusing him of stealing it. They argue, and Doree intervenes, mentioning she has heard the ringtone before. Flora continues to accuse Doree of theft. Pavitra steps in to stop the argument and asks Flora how she got the iPad, as it is very costly. Pavitra lies, saying she gifted it to Flora for studying. Kailash Devi comments that kids are using such devices for studying these days.
Ganga Prasad arrives, and Flora informs Pavitra that Rukmini called her. Ganga Prasad tells Doree that she needs to study well to stay with him, stressing the importance of education. Doree assures him she will study hard and prepares for the exam. Pavitra overhears and tells Flora that Doree can’t pass the exam. She then informs Rukmini and shares her plan with her. Rukmini tells Pavitra that tomorrow Ganga Prasad will drop Doree to school and you have to do this…
Precap: Doree gets ready to leave for school. Rukmini instructs Pavitra to add sleeping pills in Doree’s “dahi shakar.” Doree falls asleep during the exam and principal denies her admission.
