Chandini tells Vikram that Durga stayed in Rajesh’s room all night. Vikram tells her to stop lying, she says I just want justice. Vikram says we are going to talk to the villagers and also confront Durga as I do justice for everyone. Bai tells Chandini that she is going to say all this in front of everyone so they can confront her. She says what if Durga denies all this? Vikram says we are going to confront her, go for now, she leaves. Anubhav says but.. Vikram says I trust Durga but I have to do justice to villagers.
Vikram comes to the villagers and calls Durga and Rajesh there. He says I am here because I believe in justice. You all know that I take Durga as my daughter, she is from the village but I never differentiated between her and my kids, she has made me
proud and I have always celebrated her victories, I gave her an education because she wanted to. She said she doesn’t want to marry right now I respected that but I believe in justice. He says you all saw Durga going to Rajesh’s house right? she wants to be a doctor so I let her treat patient that’s why I sent her to Rajesh’s house. He called me and said his wife is ill so I asked Durga and she agreed to go to his house but then.. she has broken someone’s trust. He asks Chandini to speak up. Anibhav says I just want to say this girl is not Rajesh’s wife, Vikram says let her speak. Chandini says Rajesh promised to marry me that’s why I moved in his house but he never fulfilled his promise. Our relationship was like a married couple but I heard Rajesh talking to a girl many times on phone and it was none other than Durga. He called Vikram last night and asked him to send Durga to treat me so she came to our house and Durga was clingy to Rajesh. I offered my room to her but she didn’t listen and slept in Rajesh’s room. Its a sin, he promised to marry me but Durga is having an affair with her. Durga is silent hearing all that. The villagers say this is wrong, Rajesh has to marry Durga now. Vikram says I will do as you all say. Anubhav tries to talk but Vikram stops him. He asks Rajesh. Rajesh says I accept this proposal, I like Durga and have an affair with her. I told Chandini that. I offered Durga to leave the house but she said she wanted to spend the night with me. I am sorry for all this but I love her and want to marry her, she also wants to marry me. All villagers are angry and say Durga has to marry him now. Vikram says I could have protected Durga but I am an honest man and will do justice. He asks Durga if she wants to say something but she she recalls Rajesh threatening her and remains silent.
