Anurag gives Rajesh a final warning, saying that if he ever raises his hand against Durga again, their next meeting will be at the police station. Rajesh remarks on Anurag’s boldness, noting that he’s being threatened in front of Vikram and says he won’t tolerate it. Vikram asks Anurag to put his hand down and go inside. Anurag complies and leaves.
Rajesh then tells Vikram that he can clearly see how much Anurag cares for Durga. Rajesh declares he can’t stand it any longer and warns that if this continues, he might end up dead, but not before taking others down with him. Vikram comments on Rajesh’s aggressive behavior and sends him away. Rajesh leaves.
Outside the Rathore mansion, Rajesh gets a call from Vikram. Vikram scolds him for causing a scene at his house. He tells Rajesh that if Anurag is at fault, then so are Meera and Durga. Rajesh reminds Vikram that if he abandons their plan, he won’t be able to do business in the area. Vikram responds that he can start his business elsewhere, but then questions who will provide money and protect Rajesh from the villagers. He reminds Rajesh that he has always protected him and insists on continuing with the plan. Vikram instructs Rajesh to make Durga “disappear,” taking her somewhere she can’t be found. He emphasizes that Durga must stay alive because she is his trump card for winning the elections. Rajesh agrees.
Rajesh then asks what they will do if Anurag tries to rescue Durga. Vikram assures him that he will handle Anurag and instructs Rajesh to stir up the villagers and bring Anurag before a people’s court. Vikram says he will manage the situation from there. Rajesh agrees and is told to inform Durga that Vikram wants to see her, making sure she will accompany him.
Rajesh then talks to his henchmen, warning them that what happened to him could happen to them too. He claims that Anurag might start taking an interest in their wives as well, and insists they must bring Anurag before the people’s court. He asks his henchmen to start talking to the villagers about it.
Meanwhile, Rajesh’s aunt criticizes Durga, accusing her of pretending to want to meet Anurag. Meera defends Durga. Rajesh arrives and questions Meera and Durga about where they had been. Meera explains that Durga’s condition was serious, so they had to take her to Jariburi for treatment. Rajesh admits that he was upset about the situation, which is why he burned down the homes of the Kabela people, but assures them that no one was injured. Rajesh then informs Durga that Vikram wants to see her and has asked him to bring her to the Rathore mansion. Durga insists she wants to stay. Rajesh questions her decision and asks where she got the money to buy pomegranates. Meera replies that Anubhav gave them the pomegranates. Rajesh responds by saying that it should have been Anurag providing for them, and makes further comments.
